Sewing the perfect neck facing - easily!

Putting in a neck facing is pretty easy - as long as you know how!

@@AmeliaRate great idea, they’re the hardest fabrics to use! A lot is down to having the right machine for the job.

Is the top stitching on the facing side, or front side?

It goes on the facing. Stitch right next to the seam line. Then once you trim the seam allowance off, the stitching helps the facing stay on the inside. Make sure you give it a good press too.
