Nobledragon magician actually has synergy with the 2 odd eyes cards you play. It's a tuner that can special summon itself and lower any lv7⬆️ odd eyes level by 3, but it's only gonna be relevant if you get a lv7 synchro dragon.
Unlike Odd-eyes, dark Rebellion doesn't really have an archetype, it's just a tool for the already bare boned phantom knight archetype, and so they added a lot of Odd-eyes related pendulum cards to fill the empty space.
