Well done! However, I have two questions, hopefully to be answered. 1.You said that in review the same court and judge would review the case, right? If a judge decrees a case today, but he is transferred tomorrow can the incoming judge review the Decree of his predecessor? 2. In case of reference can a magistrate or civil judge directly refer the case to the High Court , bypassing the District Judge? Thanks.

Power of review is very limited. In case of any grammatical errors or errors like change of date, name etc, newly appointed judge can review...
Secondly, reference is always made yo high court, the proper forum is high court not the higher forum.
