Heavily recommend reading Bullsh-t jobs by David Graeber if you haven't, explains the whole concept & goes into trying to learn how big the mass of pointless jobs are; estimated to be 20-50% of all jobs being pointless in the way of not needing to exist other than to sit or provide a appearance to higher ups of success (etc) in Graeber's work. The hopelessness some people feel, or that of being trapped, is something which large amounts of individual anecdotes collected in the book can help you feel less isolated & able to be seen by - even if more damning of the systems Good video & gl going forward o7
