I can attest to this. When you start seeking gratitude and thanking God for even the most small things means your outlook improves and God can move you. Ever since I started being more grateful I feel different it’s almost as if I can physically feel the shift. I am more motivated, come up with more ideas, more clarity and wisdom. I’d say take a minute every hour/few hours just to thank God for something. Or set 4/5 minutes a day just to thank God even if it’s just thanking him for being alive.

Gratitude..is a lesson God has gone to a lot of trouble to Teach me. Joel and Paul’s mother is one of the first people I heard who explained her use of Gratitude to Jesus Healing of her health problem. I am focusing on being more grateful. I so love it when people teach Jesus. Thank You..Paul.
