😞😢..i've had those struggles too, it's so hard when we have gone through trauma, me I have a compulsive nature I dont do things by half. My ego took over, I slipped again recently where I didn't care. My daughter woke me back up, and now im fighting to change me again.
My depression and Cptsd were triggering due to so-called family members triggering me. Seems to be a pattern with me!! My disapline went out the window

I've been afraid to talk..you saved my life even if at times my ego wouldn't let me believe that. My issue is not yours..
