Meytrix can play healers too :O Playing as Holy Paladin with Enhancement Shaman and Arms Warrior during the 3v3 event on Twinstar Apollo 3 Cataclysm Realm at around 2100 rating.
I actually have a video coming up one of these days on the state of Apollo right now. TLDR: yes - if the only expansion you have to play is Cataclysm, you will get in Random BGs (no Rated BGs), and in 3v3 during events (on Wednesdays and Saturdays 7-11pm ST), 2v2 here and there (not in the morning, mostly in the evening up to 5 teams queuing max). BUT, there are definitely better p servers out there running different xpansions with more active PvP population
