This is not self driving. This is a Segway eScooter E125S. Yes Segway is a brand of Ninebot, which is owned by Xiaomi. But it is not a Xiaomi product. It has two removable battery for a range of about 102km. There a 25kmh and 45kmh version. The 25kmh version doesn't require a license and insurance in most countries. Price is between 4k to 7k depending on the country.
