Crying. As a retired high school teacher, I recall the trials and tribulations that my former gay students had to endure to get through their high school lives. I thank God that they trusted me with their fears, sadness, joys and future wishes as their teacher. I was not trained to be a school psychologist or counselor trained to deal with the ups and down of the emotional needs and support for their students. I was just a teacher, yes, I taught them in class, but I was there to lend them an ear, to listen to them. Yes, I did intercede with some of them due to state laws and for their safety at home, and I discovered i had prevented a couple of suicides in the process. I was just an ordinary crazy math teacher that loved and cared for all of my students no matter who they were or what baggage they brought to my classroom. I loved them all. God, how I miss them. (Crying) Happy One Year Anniversary to the Organized Chaos Films especially Amy and Mike. The character Paul's (Robbie;s) bravery in this short film was imply incredible. I indeed had a former student move on and become a drag queen. What a hard acting performance to create on stage. I myself had worked with the kids on stage during some of our musical and drama productions so I get it from Paul's hard work and talent. What a perfect actor for this role. I congratulate the entire production company for this wonderful story. The shock of the father's face can only suggest Paul's future. BUT PAUL DID IT! Thank you from the bottom of my heart bringing this wonderful tale of one child's determination to develop his personal identity. I hope it inspires others for their own wonderful future. Love from the United States. You deserve much higher awards for your great accomplishment. BRAVO!
Same here. As a gay man with a gay older brother, I was very lucky to have him as my guardian angel and protector! We lost him to HIV in 1987 and not a day goes by that I don't think of him. I still smile today remembering his drag appearances at a local Boston club famous for its drag shows. Always on the effeminate side, even as a kid, when he was all gussied up in gossamer and sequins, however, I swear his heels had him walking more like John Wayne than Jayne Mansfield! God, I miss you, Johnny! RIP, sweet guardian angel! ❤❤❤❤

The ending just had me laughing I’m sorry. Still loved the movie. But that ending was awkward as hell lol as it should have been. AND I felt it! Lol i kinda felt like the dad for some reason at the end. Lol odd ending

This kid is doing 400m which is a sprint event, he is slim and lightly built, sprinters tend to be muscular. His coach needs to move him up to 1500m and 3000m. Of course he will burn out if he hasn't eaten properly, his coach will know something is wrong and start asking questions. His coach will tell him that he has the speed but he lacks endurance, that he must eat properly to survive the longer distance training sessions. He'll either eat more or drop out of running, if he drops out his eating disorder becomes a medical condition.
