Encapsulated Stencil Rose Nail Design- How to Sculpt a Hard Gel Smileline

Hi guys,
Today I thought I would show you a way to use up some of those gels that have been sitting on your shelf forever! You can use whatever you have lying around for that part and it can be used on any nail design at all, even if you are using acrylic!
The rest of the design is, you guessed it, Valentines themed!! Thos gorgeous encapsulated rose can be worn at any time of the year, but will look perfect at this time of year!

Instructions:
