You clearly missing countries. Needless to say that this is not growth and current prices means nothing. It's taking inflation and exchange rates into account.
These rankings are based on GDP growth in current U.S. dollars, which reflects exchange rates and inflation. It's not adjusted for real growth but shows nominal economic performance.
