I just got rejected from Cambridge a couple hours ago, which I was expecting after literally crying in my interview, but for some reason knowing that this was the final decision still hurt a lot. This video has already made me feel so much better about it, as I think deep down I know Cambridge is not for me and I will be happier at a different uni. Thank you for helping me to see it this way and making me feel less alone xx

You're right, rejection is absolutely okay.
It's never easy to accept the feeling tho but something we need to get used to. Pick yourself up, you can do it

Love this so much! You’re so right, once we realise that receiving rejections is a part of life, it becomes that bit easier to deal with whatever life throws at us… Thank you for the positivity and for watching ✨

I’m so happy that this video has found people who are going through the same situation. Honestly, I know how difficult it is, but believe in yourself and believe that “rejection” is redirection. You’ve got this!! LSE would be so lucky to have you and I know you’d love it here 😊

Tell me about it! I moved to London about 7 years ago from this tiny village in Scotland. The fast-pace city lifestyle was definitely a big adjustment… But after some time to settle in you will get used to everything and it won’t be so scary! There’s so much exciting stuff to do, like restaurants, shopping, West End theatre, art galleries, concerts, and more! You’ll love it 😊

I literally cried whilst watching this. I really needed to hear this. I got rejected from Oxford med school in December (for the second time lol). Took a gap year and everything lol. Thank you so much for sharing your story, you’re such an inspiration to me and this generation 💕xx

I’m so sorry to hear about the rejection. I know that it is so tough. You should be so proud of how far you’ve come so far, don’t let this dim your light and don’t be so hard on yourself. Most people don’t have the confidence to apply to Oxford in the first place, so the fact that you applied and tried again is so admirable. Don’t give up. An even better opportunity is around the corner, and you don’t even know it yet. I’m so so glad that my video was helpful, and I’m here for you ❤️
