The sound of a Brutal Death Metal band is not Dying Fetus. The overall sound of BDM is much more raw/"bloodcaked"/the vocals are even more incoherent. It's similar to calling Cannibal Corpse BDM. They got the imagery/lyrical content but not really the sound per se.
