    Hiit workouts are best Alex thanks so much and everytime I do this I get tired in my own way and you can do toe taps around an object tapping your toes on to an object my dad taught me like that but on a brick

    You’re a beast my dude. This was flipping phenomenal. I was a little intimidated but I pushed through. I’ve gotta get one of those workout trackers now. I’m 50 years old and do these workouts after a 40 minute workout prior to yours. I plan on going strong until at least 70!

    Great workout Alex!
    I used to do similar sessions with more ABS excercises so I expected it this time, but of course it is still really heavy and effective workout, not for beginners :)

    It was great but I had to substitute the kick throughs for mountain climbers as my wrists were sore from a workout I did yesterday. Very tiring thanks

    Brilliant Workout keep them coming Alex. great content creator, much appreciated! 500 calories 171 max bpm. tracked with apple i watch so little bit of over estimation on their behalf but still happy.

    Took a week away on holiday. Ate too much and didn’t get the time to exercise, put on 1kg.
    Did this today. 438cal burn (slightly less than my previous effort 😔)
    The sweat poured! 😂🙌🏽

    Finally got to do this was dripping sweat when done. 253 Calories. 99 avg heart rate 141 max. Was working hard but heart rate never got high. It only gets high when I am running

      It takes time but with patience and all the work you put in it the results come fast but u gotta eat good and drink a lot of water a lot of fruits and sleep well but always go with the same energy with the capacity of working hard and with a good mindset

    Summary: It was tough, but i liked the variations of exercises included. I didn't do finisher as i was drenched in sweat and exhausted. But i can feel the strength. Thank you.
