How To Solve Incompatible Cartridge Error for HP Officejet Printers

Have you been swapping cartridges a few times too many on your HP Officejet Printer and the Incompatible Cartridge Error popped up randomly? In this video I show you a way to verify and then resolve this problem. Note if you dont have any spare cartridges around you will have to try new cartridges to test this out. It works most of the time unless your printhead or firmware is really locking the use of the cartridge.

New sub here 😊 I have an HP Officejet 7610 and it was working and next thing I know no power. I tested the power adapter and it’s reading all the right voltage. When i unplug the printer the power light flashes briefly. Any idea what’s going on?

Sounds like a faulty main board.
