A little tip if you're using stretchy cord always always pre-strech your cord because if you don't after a while from wearing it that will prevent the cord from getting stretched out and saggy looking so this way after you pre- stretched your stretchy cord then start to head and when you measure it before you tie that will be the original correct measurement it helps hold its elasticity for so long

Hi! Do you attach the split ring to the jump ring? Or onto to the charm with the jump ring?
you attach the jump ring to the split ring.
You should close the jump ring and charm on the split ring to save a headache. Just a suggestion. I also make jewelry for my business @beyoutiful.lushus and I’m always looking to save myself some tedious work. Hope it helps

I eyeball my string lol but I always do 2-3 more inches than the size I need! So I can tie the knot comfortably

Can you add the split ring to the charm at the same time while the jump ring is open? The split ring is what’s connected to the elastic string right?
I will try other ways again and see how it goes but in the past I didn’t like it cause I can’t move my charms 360
i’m confused because she put the jump ring on the charm then put the split ring inthe jump ring?!!! couldn’t the split ring go inthe jump ring while it’s open?? it looked like extra work??? maybe she needs to slow down that part of tapping
