India tv shows were fun to watch in 90's with shows for all genres like Horror , Drama , Comedy etc . Ekta Kapoor single handedly destroyed Indian tv .
True. From 1984 to 1994, delhi doordarshan had provide varieties of serials which were thoroughly had a very strong content and social relevant message too. Things got bad when satellite era began and after few years ekta kapoor completely ruined the quality of serials. Pakistani serials are too good in every department of serial making. Whether its acting, story, script, direction or any other thing related to serial making, they have an upper hand over indian serials.
@@veenamadan6342 satellite era gave us Just Mohabbat ,Aahaat ,Heena etc .Ekta Kapoor made shows for just for the saas and bahus ,no one else was interested in these shows . Pakistani dramas has definitely got the edge and Indian satellite channels are unwatchable
@@abhinay4200 yes, your thought is completely right. Sony channel started with really good serials like aahat, hospital, mahayagya and i also used to watch classic hindi movies on this channel. But after 1999 or 2000 their different approach got changed and they became just like another satellite channel.

Actually you are suffering from inferior complex not all indians but majority of indians are mentally ill that why foreign media make fun of indian people mentality. You just mentioned few points of Pakistani drama just because of envy. Cousin marriage is allowed in every religion even in hindu dharam i can easily give solid references and historical record regarding cousin marriage so sick hindu should stop barking on the behalf of cousin marriages. Pakistani dramas are full and complete package, stories of our dramas tell ground realities of the society, we asians always give importance to family and relatives as well as we have to live as per our religious duties along with social values and norms. Marriage is very important for respectable familes rather than making girlfriend and getting sexual satisfaction in the name of love like today we many modern indians way of living. So pakistani dramas always focus on main societal issues like marriage, family conflicts, societal pressure, older and younger generation age gape, people with different behaviour, mentality and nature, requirements of time, family politics , love, marriage, common people lifestyle, problems, issues and targets. In simple words Pakistani dramas are not only base on marriage, cousin marriage but also these dramas show all aspects of life. Every Pakistani drama story totally different than other one.
First of all , India serials are made for some targeted audience like old aunties and We can't define our whole tv industry just by ekta Kapoor's shows. I would suggest people to watch sony tv shows like raisinghani vs raisinghani , Katha ankahi , sapno ki chalaang , behad 1 and 2 etc .and then judge our tv content.❤

As an Indian, I can confirm that Pakistani dramas are incomparable. They have a direct way of touching the heart. While I used to watch many Indian dramas, they became repetitive with household melodrama. However, Indian web series are good; I recommend watching Pakistani dramas like "Zindagi Gulzar Hai" and especially "Parizad" (which, in my entire life, I've found nothing better than). There's something special about Pakistani dramas that deserves appreciation. 👏

Some examples - Buniyaad, Bharat ek Khoj, Katha Sagar, Kachchi dhoop, Ramayan, Mahabharat, Ye jo hai zindagi, Banegi apni baat, Waghle ki duniya, Circus, Fauji, Dil Dariya, Shanti, Margarita, Tara, Hasratein, Chandrakanta, Swabhimaan, Captain Vyom, Just Mohabbat, Dekh bhai Dekh, Family no. 1 , Star Bestsellers, Kora Kaghaz, Saans, Heena, Zee Horror show, Zee Rishtey, Hip hip hurray & many more. Then came the era of Ekta Kapoor & over-the-top dramatic effects, accidents, rebirths & plastic surgeries.🤐 There were definitely some (or maybe a few) nice & different kind of serials even in the 2000's & 2010's & after, but not many, mostly it was the saas-bahu ghisa-peeta thing going on for years with monthly festival celebrations & weddings. But good that with the rise of OTT in recent years,the focus has largely shifted to web series, & some of the creative makers & storytellers are really making good web series. So in a nutshell, India is doing well in its own ways. & Having said all this, I also enjoy & appreciate Pakistani dramas, as they have their own cultural flavour & a distinct way of story-telling.

I suggest do watch few dramas such as Mere Paas Tum Ho, Pyare Afzal, Suno Chanda, Chupke Chupke, Ranjha Ranjha Kardi, Alif, Zindagi Gulzar Hai, and most revent Tere Bin which made a history. He is simply speaking about quality they are giving and he is also agreeing not matching with our bollywood forget about tollywood which is far better than bollywood. You are just concentrating India vs Pakistan. Sorry to say Bhabhiji I can agree is good comedy, but Tarak Mehta, half of the cast has left the show and it is same as before to pakistani dramas per bhari nahi padsakte yaha ke shows agar padte to Kamna nahi banta, which is the remake of Mere Paas Tum Ho

In Pakistani psitivity is promoted & they're realistic based on true stories or inspired from real life's stories while Indian dramas are fictional i.e, naagin, vishkanya etc etc like they would be a few ones in India too but they are A FEW. In Pakistan almost every drama has a good meaning behind it. They're realistic & very social. It was never about earning or profit. India has 3x population of Pakistan's so ofc India's revenue would be bigger but as always you people always care about quantity & ignore quality.

actually, HE HAS NO IDEA AS A WHOLE WHAT INDIAN TELEVISION HAS COLLECTIVELY ACHEIVED, basically such pakistani acto thinks the praise they get for their dramas , that makes them best of all, specially compared to indian ones, but being an socalled experienced actor, he didnt even done any research, they think, SAAS-BAHU IS INDIAN SERIALS, yes the trend was followed for a long time and still does to some extent, but thats not always the case. we had so many real good contents, which we never saw in pakistani dramas also, indian serials represent it so well like no one, BUT THEY CHOSE TO TALK ABOUT INDIAN SERIALS BY NOT HAVING GOOD AMT OF IDEA ABOUT THEM.
Indian dramas cannot be compared with boring Pakistani dramas....Pakistan Cannot even make high budget VFX drama like Mahabharat ...just because of some Indian dramas one cannot compare & forget that Indian TV industry has varities & has given best horror ,comedy shows at a time & was trend setter too ...None can beat Indian historical shows which has gain popularity in over seas as well

Agar drama mein quality nahin Hoti to use TRP nahin milati per kahani interesting nahin Hoti to drama 4000 episode tak pahunchta hi nahin. Kyunki India mein Jin dramas ko TRP nahin milati vah 20 episode tak ki survive nahin kar paate.
