Pretty awesome seeing the joy in Tim’s face with getting that truck back on the road, after all him and his guys and family went thru the last year. Huge props to Rob and SH Tube gang for being great human beings.

Problem while your seeing joy on his face its a good thing brax is only 11 years old and doesnt understand that his dad is all about himself and rooster and wanted that truck show to be about him. This pile of garbage said could take airforce truck because it would take an hour to load are you kidding me 20 minutes tops with load and strap down. Lets think about this why wasn't airforce truck already loaded if you had plans on taking it? The more i watch this guy the more i see how everything is about him and brax is along for the ride without knowing better. Come on people pay attention
@jodyallenbaugh9427 well...he was probably busy working on rooster, to get it loaded up, would mean he wasn't able to get away from doing that, also did you notice rooster egt Temps were high? That wouldn't have been good to be hauling anything on it, it would have for sure melted down the new engine...I guess when you start a you tube channel you gotta deal with haters too, and if it was all about him, would it be brax's truck? 🤦♂️

Big fan! I knew something was going to happen to the Air Force truck. I seen it sitting for days. I asked why wasn't it loaded and ready for when Rooster was done. Hate that it didn't make it. Brax worked so hard and he IS the one that wanted to go to the show with his truck. Just saying. Now finish it so he can show it.

Definitely needs some more time with tuning/dialing in before hitching a wagon to it, but good to see that 379 rolling the roads under it’s own power again! Be proud of it, young man….Rooster’s still one hell of a truck.
So I've seen u drive the left lane in many videos and just hangout in. It just doesn't seem like something a truck driver would do.

I can completely understand being excited about getting your truck back on the road after everything that yall been through but you should have put a stock turbo on that thing at least for the break in and then played around with different turbos

That sound is the bunk platform sqeaking had the exact same problem with my 579 I eliminated the problem with some adhesive backed rubber weather strip installed on the support wall

that clutch will brake in, its a new clutch that is to be expected, once you get it hot a few times it’ll start catching better and making a more clean catch on the pressure plate. When I built my trucks that have the C-18’s they done the same thing, but once they got hot a few times they started catching better, and stopped slipping. Now they will pack the left steer tire before they slip the clutch.
Glad you didn’t hitch her up! I’m so happy to see you with Rooster out in the highway. I am working on a truck that is gonna make me feel just like this when I drive it again. A good truck becomes family especially when you gather up so many good memories. I had seen some older videos of you and Rooster and have been patiently awaiting its return. Congratulations!

Tim, If you want to polish that steering wheel, the metal on it there is a paste called FLITZ polish. It will make it come to life.. It real good stuff. I use it on the billet aluminum on my Harley ... Most other stuff didnt work for nothin but that FLITZ did.
Now that is a power house !!!!!!! slipping clutch with no load ! Bob tailing up grade (oh so much power ) Sounds so good ...There is only one thing that i know and that is he has got smoke !!!! Put a load on the trailer ( not 3 boats but a load ) then go climb the grade >
BTW PDI did a tune on a ACERT for me and it had no smoke at all .... Had mufflers no noise and i am pretty sure you and roooster would not have been much of a problem getting up sandstone on 64.... I still like your channel but lighten up on the power talk .... you are not the first one to do this stuff.

Tim I'm Sooooo HAPPY for you and that ROSTER did not burn up in the fire 🔥 and ROSTER is back to life and STRONGER 💪 THAN EVER!!! Best of all The CAT MOTOR is also back breathing ready to kick some ASS once more look out ROSTER is out looking for it's Hens to dominate... HELL YEAH!!!!

Exactly. For all the crying about costs and money, he sure lets his ego do the driving.
He should be worried about economy, reliability, and longevity. Instead he’s worried about black smoke, leaving his jakes on all the time, and getting attention.
Sure seems that way. TMC comes in and cuts that boat hauling rate in half he might wish he had that money in the bank. Happens everyday here lately.

For taking stickers off, there is a rubber wheel you can put i=on a drill that takes them right off, and does not damage the paint. I think I got mine at Autozone.

That clutch will be fine Tim. I had the same issue and it came good after a hour or so.
Never had the problem again and was pulling 70 ton.

Just letting you know they make a rubber disc to fit on a drill that will remove the residue and sticker did my boat and wrecker doors with it cut time in half

Just seeing and being along for this truck's journey from where it almost got lost in the fire to you now driving it down the road in one piece is quite the achievement. You get it Cody. Rooster is a family truck. Some of these guys don't get this and it's a truck Tim will use regularly. Brax loves Rooster just as much as AF and happy to be riding in it.

It's making good power I'm sure of that but you definitely got a problem with your clutch has nothing to do with the power you're not even pulling anything iDrive log truck and I pack 105:5 on steep ground and you know 600 horse Cummins if your clutch is slipping when you're empty like that you have a bad clutch or it's out of adjustment has nothing to do with your power I'm sure you know that I'm just trying to get my two cents in

Didn’t have the balls to come up to the booth and meet you guys though didn’t even say anything to Bruce Wilson I wish I would of though you and your family are very inspiring just brought my first Semi home today thanks to you!

Glad to see her back on the Road n Running strong.. Love the sound of it.. but if I might make a suggestion.. Please locate the camera anywhere but where you've had it.. 20 minutes lookin at the steering wheel and the top of the glad hand .. didn't get it.. Please don't take offense to my suggestion I watch all your Video's.. this one just missed the mark due to camera location.. but the sound was Awesome..
