Jaswant Pratap Singh is very kind and humble person who is very passionate about cooking and now he is working with his grandmother’s recipes.
Now he and his wife started an outlet called Jas Kitchen Located in Bani Park Jaipur.
And I tried their few dishes and I must say they are really good at in.
They are working with some lost recipes of Rajasthan.
And yeah maybe some of you might comment that this is not Actually Mutton Nihari and all but see that is his family’s recipe not mine so chill and enjoy.
