Just the tiny nuance of the tone of how it was spoken instantly invents months and years of backstory where this editor-boss-person is just so fucking sick and tired of dealing with Peter's misguided work.

Realizing just now the reason that part isn’t remotely noteworthy to me is bc system talks like that when we make jokes to each other all the time- shared headspace means the setup can happen way more quickly than speaking can. Incredibly charming to see two people who don’t literally share a braincell do it too 😂

I literally was so confused the whole time because first of all I thought this was a Spider-Man game and second of all I didn't get the scene at first bc I didn't hear everything they said 😂😅
