Thanks for sharing. I don't get build 👆🏿 because I moisturize every other day. Like Mon, wedn, Fri. Even if I twist, I re-twist every other day. So I don't get build 👆🏿. I mostly wear ponys, but twist too = no knots, no tangles. Build 👆🏿 is a sign of unclean hair. Knots are a sign of unkempt hair.

2. Use a clarifying shampoo ( the minty type)
Eg heads and shoulders mint shampoo
