Love this. going to try it today. Hopefully recreating some of these unique offenses becomes a consistent thing. Would love to see others like Chip Kelly oregon and that pete carrol/norm chow USC

This is awesome Al thanks for these I’ve always enjoyed your play books hopefully you could make more of these, Maybe the Al-Raid can be brought to CFB 25.
@jaspersports4life454 pretty cool idea to create some of my 06 schemes in 25. I'm not sure if some of the plays in 06 are in 25, but I can probably get close. The Al-Raid tried to mimic Leach's Air Raid which can be ran to a tee now, especially work the generic Air Raid playbook. But using my offense in 25 as close as possible would be neat to see.
@jaspersports4life454 I checked the three main formations of the Al-Raid in 25 and not many of the plays in 06 are in there so for now, I'm not sure how I would go about covering it.
@@PlaybookGamer I got you maybe you could put a new spin on it now or create a new version.
@jaspersports4life454 yeah possibly, something to think about. I would probably try and pick mostly non Air-Raid plays since they weren't in 06 and just find plays that were kinda close to the actual ones I was using. We'll see. I know several other schemes of mine can be done too, but the Al-Raid would be a good one to start with.

Any way we can get your breakdown for the archetypes that best fit this scheme? Scrambler qb, lots of speed at WR but on the OL probably agile?
Meyer tried to recruit the fastest team in the country back then but other than that...
QB: Speed unless you can find a Tim Tebow to handle the QB runs.
HB/WR/TE: Speed
OL: It's a balanced offense so the best you can find.

I did this but for Buster Faulkner. I got tired of wishing the Georgia Tech book would be updated and just made one myself. Its probably not as accurate as your book right here but i tried

If you do a Mike leach playbook it’s just the generic air raid playbook, it’s accurate even down to terminology. I played for Hal Mumme and it’s very much what we ran even some formations and most of the play names are exact. Some plays are off but pretty close. If you did a June jones play playbook that would be cool.
@ExplorinInTheWoods that's correct, no plans on making a Leach book. I did a video on it too.
@ you should find a way to do a June jones SMU playbook. How he utilized Zach line to be a 1,000 yd rusher in the run and shoot and lead the nation in time of possession is pretty neat while still having a potent air attack.

I think I saw a video on how to make a custom playbook. The order of the formations are going to be the order that you add them I think I have not tested it
@alexquinton5462 unfortunately it doesn't. I added them in a specific order and it did not turn out that way.
When is the 25 dynasty starting?
We'll see. Time isn't on my side and I prefer 06's gameplay over 25 so I would have to sacrifice the current 06 dynasty to start something else.
Did he ever run out of the I formation? Thought I saw it on one of his playbooks
@chaddeal3596 he did a little and I was going to add a bit of it at the end, but the playbook is so huge as is and I almost ran out of room that I decided not to add it.

Are the coach suggestions set in this book?
@JC-td1bt as mentioned in the video, no. It takes too long to set up the gameplan with so many plays and suggestions.
@ my bad didn’t catch that part but I just tried it out great playbook bring back a lot of memories from Urban’s time with my Buckeyes
@JC-td1bt the game provides 30 situations to gameplan for which is great for sim gamers. But for everyone else, I suggest setting up your 3rd down situations first and go from there if you need to.

@Labronzo34 I wish I had any of Art Briles' playbooks but those guys are super secretive on that stuff. He didn't really have a playbook either, done everything with video.
