The orchestra sound interpreting Eugen Jochum's Burkner's symphony is touching because the energy is clearly moving and not boring!👍👍👍
Beautiful and detailed performance of this late-romantic and perfectly composed symphony with well-united and perfectly corresponding sound of all the instruments. The second movement sounds particularly beautiful and really moving. In contrast the last movement sound really lively and inspiring. The intelligent and experienced conductor leads the excellent orchestra in various tempos and with effective dynamics. Wonderful from the beginning to the end!
Eugen Jochum is the greatest when performing Bruckner!
Very heavy, slow-moving music which is intense and menacing.
