I’m sure there are plenty more pros that you’d like to get in this format, but please consider getting a few or the better known caddies, Steve Williams, Bones, etc. to get a caddie perspective on pro golf. Hi Rick, loved the interview with Adam. Adam Scott is hands down my favorite player of all time. He exemplifies the game of golf being a gentlemen's game. Even though Adam's been one of the top players in the world for the past 20 years, he's always kept his head on straight and remained humble. Adam's always had the perfect balance of being competitive and approachable, and is the true definition of a role model. The three players I'd have in my foursome would be Jack, Adam & most recently Matthew Fitzpatrick. I hope that Fitzpatrick continues to have much success and remains a good down to earth guy just like Adam. Cheers mate!!!

Answers: Adam Scott and Augusta national. Way before he was a masters champion. Love these podcast, keep them coming.

His description of his Royal Lytham experience is honestly what champions are made of. It must have felt horrendous after that Open experience. To appreciate how close he was, focus on how well he had played and actually draw confidence and belief from the experience is amazing psychology. As an Australian who loves golf, watching him win the Masters is everything to me. I remember the first time I saw Adam hit a drive live. Wednesday practice round at 2002 pga at Bethpage black 9th tee. He was playing w Tiger, O’Meara and Cook with Butch in tow. Both he and Tiger striped drives over the left bunker with no problem. Compared to O’Meara and Cook they were playing a different game. Great memory I’ll never forget. I had to run way ahead and wait at 9 to catch the shots. The whole time I was waiting I was just hoping they would both hit the big stick. Great interview Rick!

Finally got to meet Adam at the back of 18 at the JP Pro AM last week and was definitely start struck! 😁 Finally got my Masters Flag from that year signed by Adam along with one of the Master Titleist balls I brought. Such a gent!

I’m not a fan of LIV, but you guys are 100% right, this is not the place to expect a grilling around that single subject. There’s way too much focus on it now anyway so really nice that it’s not something you guys really have on your list of questions. You have these chats spot on, just a chat that makes them feel comfortable as when the do you get so much more of an on-site into who they are and what they are like. Back in the early 2000s as a junior it was Adams swing i wanted. Used to have lessons where they would put mine and his swing side by side on the monitor and i would try to mimmick his movements. Love the guy
The best one yet!! Always liked Adam as a golfer and a person and I was fortunate enough to meet him in Singapore where he was only to happy to sign a couple of golf balls for my sons and have a photos with them. He’s an excellent ambassador for golf and for Australia. Well done Guy and Rick.
