Absolutely brilliant, actually I've been trying to make the beaded ball for ages, but I couldn't make it as perfect as it should be. Finally, I got it done your way from the first time. Much appreciate your integrity.
Just found your channel, thank you for sharing this beautiful beaded bead. I was shown a different way but couldn't get the hang of it, this is so quick & easy. Brilliant!!! Thanks again. 😊
Hi Claire - We are happy to read that you enjoyed the video and even happier that you are going to make something with the design! Good luck and maybe send us some pictures of your creation?
thanks for sharing--especially including items and colors used in your examples--for someone , like me, who just wants to make something pretty and has no clue about designing.
Hi Sue and thank you for watching. I always tell our customers in the Shop that designing is the hardest part of the whole process. The actual making is the easy bit! Once you have the design you are already over half way to finishing. Thanks again.
Hi Jan, Thank you for the compliment. As Swarovski are have decide not to sell loose crystal beads anymore you can still purchase Preciosa bi-comes from us which are the same shape and size as the Swarovski xilions in the video. I hope this helps!
They are fantastic I love them. I'm off to make some. Can you tell me where to buy wire from that doesn't go black as quick as mine please, I have bought from eBay and Amazon. I have just started making jewellery. I'm in Norfolk UK
Hi there, the thread is called Supplemax- it's a clear plastic thread that is very sturdy for threading beads. It's a clear plastic which can be tricky to see, so all we've done on the ends is coloured them in with permanent pen. This makes them easier to see! Hope that helps
I think for the ‘chunky’ necklace I will use fireline in smoke colour. It might not be as noticeable. Although, maybe the reason the thread you used stood out to me, is that it was such a close-up. Anyway, I LOVE your tutorial. Thanks so much. from Canada
Hi Catherine, Thank you for your lovely comments and also for letting us know you have enjoyed the tutorial. We really appreciate it when customers take time out to compliment us!
Hi There, Thank you for the comment. I am not sure where you would fins these xilion/bi-cone crystals in India. I hope google will be able to help. Any bi-cone shaped bead will work. I hope this helps. Thank you.
Love these!! I live overseas and dont have access to head pins. I also don't know how to twist it into a loop. Can you tell me some other way I could make these into earrings? Thanks
Hello, we ship world wide and very happy to mail order items out to you. We also have some very useful how 2 guides over on our website as well as other videos. www.mailorder-beads.co.uk/how-to-start-beading/ If you do not want to use wire headpins for earrings you could use flexible beading wire folded in half and secured with a crimp bead at the bottom. I hope this helps.
@@TheBeadShopNottinghamLimited Thank you so much. I will try flexible wire. My son used to study at Nottingham Trent and I have visited your shop. Got some lovely ear tops there!!!
Hi Jackie, I have used one of our fine curb chains which is only about 1.5 - 2mm wide. If you are struggling to get the end of the chain through the beads you can always use a piece of thread, taken though the last link in the chain and then used a needle to go through the bead with the thread, pulling the chain with it. I hope this helps. Steph : )
Hi Jackie, we do have a number of jump rings from sizes 4mm up 8mm. The 4mm jump ring is made from 0.7mm wire, which is pretty thin. We do have sterling jump rings from 3mm to 8mm. The 3mm & 4mm sterling jump rings are made from 0.6mm wire. I hope this helps?
Hello David, yes you can, I would add 1 bead to a head pin, then slide your beaded bead on, followed by another single bead. Having a single bead below and above the beaded bead will help it sit straight, then make a loop and attach it to a earring finding. We also have a DIY loop video too which may help. I hope this helps, Steph.

Do the beads have to be bicones
No, you can use other beads and other sizes too, obviously they will look quite different to the beaded bead in the video, but should work well.
muy lindo
Gracias
Can you make these into earrings?
Yes of course! You can just put a headpin through it.
