ASMR - My TOP 10 MOST VALUABLE COMICS! PART 1 - Whispers, Mouth Sounds, Repeating Words

The top 10 most valuable comics that I own! Mostly Marvel and DC. This is a response to a question I received in my last Q&A video. You'll hear lot's of relaxing sounds like, whispering, lip smacking and candy sounds. There's also some plastic crinkling sounds.
I split the video into 2 parts. In part 1 (this video), I take the near mint condition value of each comic, even if they are not near mint. In part 2, I use an estimated grading for each comic to determine it's value.

I think that theres 3 options
1.People want to add to their collection so they will buy things for high prices
2.There wasnt to many copies made
3.People will do anything for nostalgia

Basically what SilverFruit said. People collect them and are willing to pay more for comics that are rare. For example, the very first Amazing Spider-Man comic has a near mint value of $60,000 according to some price guides. That's because Spider-man is very popular AND it's very rare to find that book in near mint condition. I hope that makes sense. Good question thanks for asking.
