I got them a few weeks a go and they helped a loy with the elbow pain. I'm interested in your video about what you did for rehabbing your elbow and will look forward it.
Good review Colin, I have a pair of the blue one too, never really used them, but will probably start, just strained my left bicep, hopefully these will help.
This video was exactly what I was looking for. I also measured 11,5 inches at the elbow and I was wondering if I should buy the 11s or 10s (blue ones). After hearing your input I decided to buy the 10s. Thanks for the informative video man!
great video! was considering buying those and the singlet for my second meet in august. can you do a review on singlets cause i wore M sized at my first meet and apparently my weight 85 kg shouldve been in the L sized in sbd and slingshot singlets
+Jacky Phan Thanks man! I've actually never used their singlet I've only used the Strengthshop and Titan one. But I do generally where the size up from manufacturers recommendations as long as it's not too drastic, if for no other reason just so the bulge isn't too bad. LOL
Colin thanks for thr review my elbows are also 11.5inch so i got 10inch but its too tight!! so i ordered 11's. Hope it fits just right (thats what she said)
+TheAcolossus Damn! Hope it works out. They definitely should be tight to work but not so tight it cuts off circulation. :) They stretch a bit over time too.
I just bought the blue ones for my elbow and went for a size down. They feel really tight. Do you think it's just about breaking them in? Also how are you suppose to wash these? Thanks for the review!
Jhangir Hussain Hmmm I've honestly never washed them. I would imagine hand wash and dry. As for the tightness, yes they do in fact take some breaking in. But at the same time they need to be tight to work too. As long as they aren't cutting off circulation, it's probably good. Let me know if you have any questions!
Hi, I would like to have your opinion about my elbow pain ! My pain is due to my negative feelings. Since yesterday, I work only with machines instead of dumbbells because I think it’s less traumatic to my elbow. Are you also believe that I must not stop me to train? most medical reports indicate the total rest ! This is result about my scanner : moderate injuries medial tendinitis epicondylar. Many Thanks !
+Vladimir Tartarovitch Depends on many things and definitely I recommend taking the advice of a medical professional which I'm not. But I've had a lot of success in alleviated elbow pain with soft tissue work, especially a lacrosse ball. See this video for an idea of what I'm talking about. th-cam.com/video/OFK5Y0_ATZs/w-d-xo.html
Great review man. I hate ordering online for the same reason. Either arrives too big or too small ( no home) haha I think these are beneficial especially if you are going real heavy and if you have had tendonitis like me
thats great man! I'm nearly there as well..gonna give it the time it needs though and stay with the movements that I can do pain free, etc..when is that Orlando meet? you thinking about it?
What kind of elbow pain did you have? Do you think these would be helpful if i have a clicking in my elbow? (the tendon that connects triceps to elbow makes a clicking noice :( )
Mine was more of a throbbing pain around the elbow from lifting. Not sure if it would help with clicking or not. If it hurts when you lift it might help, but couldn't say for sure. It definitely helped me.
My review of supertraining06's Sling Shot Compression Cuffs. Bought them to help with elbow pain I had for the longest time. Did they help?!?!? #powerlifting #elbowtendonitis #elbowpain #elbowsleeve #weightlifting #strengthtraining #painrelief
Not worth more than the slingshot logo on them. Just like you wouldn't wear something that slim for your knees, why for your elbows? Look into rehbands for your elbows.
Those types of sleeves don't do much for me other than keep them warm which is their main purpose. The purpose of these is tight compression directly on the area that's in pain to give pain relief. It doesn't have to go directly on the elbow, I sometimes where it above or below. IMO nothing works better for it's purpose, but yes for just keeping the elbow warm something like the Rehbands would be better.
Believe they evan make that, or even a tight sleeve can offer that. They're only use might be localized compression, so probably forearm.(pressure on bicep tendon could make things worse) The way most people use them as elbow sleeve bothers me.
Thanks Colin for this review! Started looking into this last week.
No problem!
Great review CD, I use mine when I have elbow pain and love them..
Thanks man!
I might consider buying some when I am back on the bulk and lifting heavier. Thanks Colin.
No problem!

May be a bit after the move but it will come! I will tell you a big part of it was trigger point therapy with a lacrosse ball!
Ive been seeing these cuffs a lot lately! This review was solid, you kept it real haha!
always!
Nice review Colin! I could certainly use something like this for my knees.
Fitness Oriented Thanks Jeff! Well you could try it and see what happens! :)
Colin DeWaay I am sure I will in the near future....so many people tell me those compression sleeves help out a lot!
Good review Colin, I have a pair of the blue one too, never really used them, but will probably start, just strained my left bicep, hopefully these will help.
Damn sorry to hear!

Good vid, very helpful
Glad you liked it!
Not sure if we can get these in the UK but I would like to try them
***** I'm pretty sure you can as I've seen other channels based in the UK wearing them. :)
Oooooo intrigued! Thanks man!
Hi,
I would like to have your opinion about my elbow pain !
My pain is due to my negative feelings.
Since yesterday, I work only with machines instead of dumbbells because I think it’s less traumatic to my elbow.

+Colin DeWaay Ok Thanks about your anwser ! I'll read your video !
Great review man. I hate ordering online for the same reason. Either arrives too big or too small ( no home) haha
I think these are beneficial especially if you are going real heavy and if you have had tendonitis like me
Matty Cuschieri Haha thanks man agreed!
Do you think it is possible to buy really big one and put it on my shoulder? Is this going to help with the nagging shoulder issues?
I don’t think that would work
My elbow area also measures 11.5" so would you advise the 11"s for the 2.0? Thanks
I would go with the 10s in the original. The 11 2.0s were cutting off the circulation in my arm. But 11 originals were too loose.
How is your hamstring brother? Currently nursing my right shoulder..its a lot better though than a few weeks back
356 Pounds TO FIT 100% thanks for asking! Glad your shoulder is getting better, hope it's 100% soon!
thats great man! I'm nearly there as well..gonna give it the time it needs though and stay with the movements that I can do pain free, etc..when is that Orlando meet? you thinking about it?
356 Pounds TO FIT July, definitely thinking about it!
cool man..let me know if you do..if I'm in town..I will be there to support you
356 Pounds TO FIT Awesome man thanks, will do!

Sorry about the 2.0s lol did they refund you for everything besides the shipping?
it was basically an exchange so yeah.
4:46 not cool!
Great review bud!
Yeah sucks but at least they still work. Thanks man!
So, do you think that it's a good stuff to help reduce pain elbow ?! (Sorry I don't understand your video)
+Vladimir Tartarovitch yes it can definitely help. It won't cure the pain but it will help minimize it while training.
Many thanks for reply !
Vladimir Tartarovitch No problem!
Did they increase bench?
Naw that's not really the point. The only argument you could make there is if your elbow is no longer in pain you could lift more. :)
Do they leave you red mark after use?
Yeah they can there is plenty of compression
ayyyyyyyyy these look cool, wanna increase my lifts before getting them tho!
I wouldn't even worry about it unless you are experiencing pain
I suppose you're right. Could be useful just in case i get tendinitis tho I guess. I need to get some gangsta wraps first too.
can i use it for my knees
+Dah Brazilian Can't see it working for knees

dAvid M Not really either, more of a tricep tendonitis as it turns out.
dAvid M Sucked but glad it seems to be behind me!
dAvid M Thanks man!
***** Yeah that does look nice! Thanks man!
+Colin DeWaay i like your channel man keep up the good work!!
I would need the childs size lol
AlphaFitness LOL!
