October 1st, 2024 marked my Winter Arc. Today I woke at 5am, left for the gym at 6am, returned home by 7:30am. I took a cold shower then made my first attempt at work through a Facebook post as I am unemployed. It is mine and my girlfriends 1 year anniversary but we have started the day with an argument, however I seem to not be caring as much as I usually would. Right now I have $10 to my name and am 17 years old. Like this comment so I am reminded and I will return in 1 year with an update. May God carry me through the difficulties I will face along the journey and bless me with prosperity and love. Amen. And to my fellow brothers partaking, I wish everyone luck and determination.
So focused that I feel like everything around me is changing. School, work, people, thoughts etc. Feels kinda lonely sometimes. At the end of the day, you'll realize no one else cared but you. Know your potential, go after it no matter what it. You'll be proud of yourself.

The part “all the homies texting and calling and trying to make you feel bad abt being so focused” I can relate, even last week I was the center of laughter from my “friends” because I was studying, and they didn’t and tried to make me feel bad abt not being like them… hit hard but I’m still working harder.
I'm joining as well, from October 1st until February 28. Digital detox, gym 5 times a week, running 3x a week, no unhealthy snacking, no alcohol, drink only water, no take away food. Focus on offline quality (excercise, listening to my vinyl records, reading my books, useful social contacts and friends).
when i started going to the gym, I hated it. It was like school. You dont want to be there. But you kinda have to. Now, I love the gym. finding new workouts, new burns. Best part of the day.

This whole year I dedicated to finding what kind of diet is sustainable for me, tried for months to see how it affected my body, and learning myself and what kind of workouts do I prefer, I love the gym and using machines. I learned my weaknesses and triggers, how to control them. Next year, I’ll have not a single excuse. I highly recommend taking some months to a year to really learn yourself, then be the best you, you can be.
As of Sep 1 I have been hitting the gym every other day and eating healthy and about to start my TH-cam channel. And getting spiritually close to Allah. Alhamdulliah💪
As of today, I became lazy and don't do shit. I had the best excuse of broken leg, but it needs to stop now. I'm fatter than ever (82kg at 178cm) and I doesn't want it. This is for me to remind myself to be better and I hope this winter arc will be the start of great locked in journey

aye been on my grind since july after i got hospitalized. if i can do it with a slurry of mental health issues, fractured back, heart issues, etc. your ass can too. even its just eating better, just fucking start. still have my bad days. even then i still get outta bed and grind. thats when you realize the type of person you really are.

Preparing for a mind, body and spirit detox/fast knowing that the realm of reality I want, I seek, I desire, I’ve been working for and toward for so many years is the reality I have walked into. I have entered my state, my phase of elevations and I know nothing but I understand that I am a pupil learning constantly and daily! Keep going people! We are not there yet. I had a football game coming up a birthday coming up and so many people depending on me and i couldn't show up. Because i was weak and stayed home. I have always regretted this and the weight has been on my shoulders for long. Live everyday like its your last because You dont get to fix the past. And Maybe might be no tommorow.
17 months in turning my life around after a heavy depressive episode where I didn't eat for a week and had panic attacks every night and day. Eating healthy now, working out 4 out of 7 days a week, drinking a lot of water, still sleeping to little, taking a lot of walks and stopped looming on social media all together with the sole exception being TH-cam for music and sometimes vids like this. Deleted every other account I had. Life has been better ever since. Once you cut everything out, what you want and what is good for you becomes as clear as day. Love yourself and others.
No matter who is around you, who has abandoned you, try to always keep yourself in mind. You have one life and you have to make the most of it. Test yourself.
Started working out 5-6 days a week for about 7 months. I've lost a lot of weight and gained some muscle. I genuinely did not think I was able to do something like this. Consistency and discipline is key.
Lost my grandpa and I can't keep pushing. I keep thinking about failure and I need help. But pain is nothing for me so I lost 67 pounds I was at 220 and I lowered. Be strong brothers keep going the work is not done

As of tomorrow 30 september 2024, i thereby announce that I'll be changing my self over the next 12 months. With my sheer discipline and commitment, i will defintely improve myself in certain areas of my life including my physical, mental strengths, skin care, etiquettes and specific skills too. I will come to this video again a year later to start my winter arc 3.0. As of 24sep I’ve trained for 1 whole straight year. I’ve lost 40kgs (130>90kg) and my strength has grown immensely. I’ve gotten my 70yr old mom also to train and she is more happier and ever and that warms my heart. I don’t care of comparing myself to others, what matters is improving yourself and bringing the best out of those around you.

This past year I worked my butt off for the football season. I was terrible last year, getting man handled by our varsity players on the line (I play both O and D line) and we made it to state last year only to lose pretty badly. I decided to do my own training and drills + weight lifting that I had already been doing that winter and worked on things like my explosiveness, footwork, and speed (40 yard dash time). I did this till spring time and ended up breaking the 5 second barrier and got a 4.95 40 once. I then started doing summer weights with the team and made sure to show up everyday just working, as well as attending optional summer practices showing off my skills. School starts and we start doing actual practices, with that same drive of I’m going to get better and make this my year. Due to my hard work, I ended up going from 5th string or so last year, to first sub at guard for offensive line, and our center was injured at the time so I was starting line for the first couple of weeks as our starting guard had to play center. We eventually get to do full contact pads and I go up against our best defensive lineman in a drill and I was actually able to block him, and I did it again and again protecting my rb by sealing him (granted he did get the better of me one play and knocked me over and my helmet came flying off lol). I then went against another one of my teammates in my class who used to dog on me, and I ended up putting him in the dirt. Everyone started cheering for me cause I had always been that guy who was just meh, but I was finally doing well and they saw how much I grew and began to accept me because of it. Fast forward to our week 1 game, I was so locked in and focused as this was the first game I was ever going to get REAL varsity playing time, and was ecstatic but also nervous . I finally get my chance to go out in the third quarter, and I make some good blocks and plays. It was my 6th play and I was pulling with my running back following behind me, when someone tried to tackle my RB and dove, missed, and went straight into my leg and rolled over it. I felt a crack and instant pain, and was down on the field. I remember clearly one of my coaches running out to me asking what happened and then saw my foot and said “LOTD HAVE MERCY”. I was on my side and my foot was pointed straight up at a 90 degree angle at the sky. Trainers put me in the air cast and called and ambulance and went to the ER. Got some X Rays and it showed that I had broken my fibula, I then went to an ankle/leg specialist a few days later and learned I had also torn basically all the ligaments in my ankle, saying that I would need surgery for a plate, screws, and a band to hold the ligaments in place. Got surgery about 2 weeks ago, and got my walking boot this week on Monday. I’m not allowed to walk on it till week 6 or so, and Doctors have told me my season is over. I have started the road to recovery and do mobility exercises with my foot everyday with the same dedication I have had for the past year. The Doctors words don’t mean a thing to me, as no one believed I would be capable of such an improvement in football. I also have faith in the Lord that this will all work out, and with his help and dedication I will return before the end of the season. It was long decided before my injury on Friday, but I ended up being player of the week for my improvements and commitment, and my team is supporting and praying for me on this journey. This video has also given me motivation recently and I listen to it while I do my mobility exercises, as I had begun to doubt myself and recovery. I thank you for the much needed wake up call and will continue pushing it so I can play again. My final message, stay consistent and believe in yourself or whatever you are doing, no matter what. Even if your own friends or family doesn’t believe you, keep going and stay humble. Let your progress be your response to others doubt, even your own, and never stop grinding. I will hopefully drop an update in the following months, and look back on this after finishing my season playing. God bless ✌️

17 year old just made my hair short. I promise I will score 90 percent in 12th grade. Will do workout and sprinting 2 to 3 time every week no bad things no social media no junk food Will follow no fap semen retention will do prayer and meditation everday. No gossip no friends no parties only hardwork discipline and consistency.
It wasn't necessary to make my hair shorter, except as some kind of ritual. But other than that, the mood is great. Keep up the good work. You can do it. And if you don't, you'll keep doing it until you do. And that doesn't depend on the winter arc or any other season.

17 months in turning my life around after a heavy depressive episode where I didn't eat for a week and had panic attacks every night and day. Eating healthy now, working out 4 out of 7 days a week, drinking a lot of water, still sleeping to little, taking a lot of walks and stopped looming on social media all together with the sole exception being TH-cam for music and sometimes vids like this. Deleted every other account I had. Life has been better ever since. Once you cut everything out, what you want and what is good for you becomes as clear as day. Love yourself and others.

As of tomorrow 30 september 2024, i thereby announce that I'll be changing my self over the next 12 months. With my sheer discipline and commitment, i will defintely improve myself in certain areas of my life including my physical, mental strengths, skin care, etiquettes and specific skills too. As of 24sep I’ve trained for 1 whole straight year. I’ve lost 40kgs (130>90kg) and my strength has grown immensely.
I’ve gotten my 70yr old mom also to train and she is more happier and ever and that warms my heart.
I don’t care of comparing myself to others, what matters is improving yourself and bringing the best out of those around you.

This past year I worked my butt off for the football season. I was terrible last year, getting man handled by our varsity players on the line (I play both O and D line) and we made it to state last year only to lose pretty badly. I decided to do my own training and drills + weight lifting that I had already been doing that winter and worked on things like my explosiveness, footwork, and speed (40 yard dash time). I did this till spring time and ended up breaking the 5 second barrier and got a 4.95 40 once. I then started doing summer weights with the team and made sure to show up everyday just working, as well as attending optional summer practices showing off my skills. School starts and we start doing actual practices, with that same drive of I’m going to get better and make this my year. Due to my hard work, I ended up going from 5th string or so last year, to first sub at guard for offensive line, and our center was injured at the time so I was starting line for the first couple of weeks as our starting guard had to play center. We eventually get to do full contact pads and I go up against our best defensive lineman in a drill and I was actually able to block him, and I did it again and again protecting my rb by sealing him (granted he did get the better of me one play and knocked me over and my helmet came flying off lol). I then went against another one of my teammates in my class who used to dog on me, and I ended up putting him in the dirt. Everyone started cheering for me cause I had always been that guy who was just meh, but I was finally doing well and they saw how much I grew and began to accept me because of it.
Fast forward to our week 1 game, I was so locked in and focused as this was the first game I was ever going to get REAL varsity playing time, and was ecstatic but also nervous . I finally get my chance to go out in the third quarter, and I make some good blocks and plays. It was my 6th play and I was pulling with my running back following behind me, when someone tried to tackle my RB and dove, missed, and went straight into my leg and rolled over it. I felt a crack and instant pain, and was down on the field. I remember clearly one of my coaches running out to me asking what happened and then saw my foot and said “LOTD HAVE MERCY”. I was on my side and my foot was pointed straight up at a 90 degree angle at the sky. Trainers put me in the air cast and called and ambulance and went to the ER. Got some X Rays and it showed that I had broken my fibula, I then went to an ankle/leg specialist a few days later and learned I had also torn basically all the ligaments in my ankle, saying that I would need surgery for a plate, screws, and a band to hold the ligaments in place. Got surgery about 2 weeks ago, and got my walking boot this week on Monday. I’m not allowed to walk on it till week 6 or so, and Doctors have told me my season is over.
I have started the road to recovery and do mobility exercises with my foot everyday with the same dedication I have had for the past year. The Doctors words don’t mean a thing to me, as no one believed I would be capable of such an improvement in football. I also have faith in the Lord that this will all work out, and with his help and dedication I will return before the end of the season. It was long decided before my injury on Friday, but I ended up being player of the week for my improvements and commitment, and my team is supporting and praying for me on this journey. This video has also given me motivation recently and I listen to it while I do my mobility exercises, as I had begun to doubt myself and recovery. I thank you for the much needed wake up call and will continue pushing it so I can play again.
My final message, stay consistent and believe in yourself or whatever you are doing, no matter what. Even if your own friends or family doesn’t believe you, keep going and stay humble. Let your progress be your response to others doubt, even your own, and never stop grinding. I will hopefully drop an update in the following months, and look back on this after finishing my season playing. God bless ✌️

17 year old just made my hair short. I promise I will score 90 percent in 12th grade. Will do workout and sprinting 2 to 3 time every week no bad things no social media no junk food Will follow no fap semen retention will do prayer and meditation everday. No gossip no friends no parties only hardwork discipline and consistency.
It wasn't necessary to make my hair shorter, except as some kind of ritual. But other than that, the mood is great. Keep up the good work. You can do it. And if you don't, you'll keep doing it until you do. And that doesn't depend on the winter arc or any other season.
