Tag Mahal is the jewel of spices. The best grade you can get.

Taj is not that easily available in Johannesburg you have to get to Lenasia to get the full range. I used to drive that way but now with Cancer it makes it difficult. Ma has a beautiful garden so u guys use the freshest ingredients directly from ground to pot, my late mum always believed in that so growing up it was me in the garden the entire day while she prepared the tastiest of meals. Everything that Ma cooks are dishes from my childhood..a mothers cooking is the best and most appreciated.

@@Randy7201 l do feel for you as my children in Cape town also struggle to get taj Mahal spices and if they do come across its very expensive ,we have to take bulk when we go on holidays
