    Fitted this camera over a month ago. Thought I'd bought a lemon that would only record to my phone (and not the SD card in the camera) when I'm watching live. Each time I went off the camera, the recording would stop. What a waste of money that was (so I thought). But after watching this video, I realized there were notifications I had not switched on. I also touched on that tiny little picture of a cloud in the right hand corner. BINGO!!! Up popped a little picture of a tf card and with it, loads and loads of recordings from when I 1st installed the camera. Talk about Pleased? I was ecstatic. Thank you so much for this upload. As they say... The devil makes work for idle hands. I'm so glad to have found this upload while just browsing TH-cam. Thanks dude.

    Thank you so much for your detail instructions. The instructions that came with my camera were vague at best. You filled in all the missing gaps. My camera & solar panel are set up, charged and ready to go. I've got a good understanding of its operation - thanks again. I've saved your tutorial should I need to refresh.

    Thank you so much for making this video I was getting no where's from the instructions for the last 2 weeks I was gonna give up 🤦🏼‍♀️ but then I found your video and got it with no issues. Also the instructions don't explain on how to set up the rest you have... Maybe the company should pay you lol 🙃thanks again I really do appreciate your help

    How do you fix 4G cameras when they are still recording and picking up motion detection but they aren't showing the live view on the app?

    Thank you for this work. It’s appreciated. What you did when watching live was click record, so it just can’t record by itself to the card every time you view it live? What happens if you get a notification and you click view live to watch, it would stop recording until you click live again?

      I go to albums on the main page press select at top then select videos to delete then press delete.

    I have the 4g camera. I set it up and it was working for like a month and then one day the light turned red and it says on the app no signal. Not sure what going on?

      My Ubox works fine, however there is an Alarm on it that went of 4.30am, my husband had to get up and take of the wall. How can we stop this alarm.
      I read info, and there is Info about wake up alarm

    Any ideas what sort of memory card it is? I have the doorbell with the camera and it uses the same software, but there no mention of it in the manual but I can see a symbol for memory card.

    Thank you this helps somewhat but can you tell me why the camera only becomes live when I hotspot. I've made sure both the modem and phone are on the 2.4G network but still nothing. Very frustrating. Please help if you can.

    I have a bullet camera using the same ubox app but we have been trying to get past the setup stage as my device isnt being recognized. The blue light doesnt come on, instead im getting a red and blue flashing together. My sim has data and is inserted correctly. Im using a digicel simcard. But when i try it on a vodafone sim it works fine. Any idea how to fix the issue so it works on both simcards?

    oke i have a question if my camera detects and films it to my sd card i have no sound. if i turn the sound box on and leave and go back on the sound is of again. how do i turn it on when it starts filming to sd card? if i rewatch the video's from the sd card there is no sound and i want the camera to film it with the sound . if someone comes to my house at night and films it i also want to hear the sound but for some reason it is not recording the sound only the video. i try the sound button but as soon if i go back and turn the camara on again the sound is off again how do i keep the sound on when it films when it saves to my sd card? the sound button keeps going to off when i want it on

    Thank you for the video! In my case, I am trying to make it save motion-detected videos to their cloud service. Not sure whether it is set or not. it asks for payment each time I click "Open Service" after I have once already made the payment and received confirmation from Paypal. Not sure it works at all.

    hi there so i have one ubox doorbell camera, but if i plug the cable on, inside house the door bell works and its all good, all settings done, but when i want to put the camera outside, if i take the cable out the camera doesnt work anymore with fully charged batteries ? what should i do ? im missing anything ? cheers

    Hello, thank you for this tutorial. Am I able to schedule the camera app to turn on and off between selected hours? Say no recording between 8am and 4pm Monday-Friday, when there would be constant sensory notifications. And have it on 4pm to 8am (after hours) Thank you for your help.

    My I-Cam only powers up and works when it is plugged in. As soon as I unplug it, it doesn't work. The batteries are fully charged. Do you know why that is? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you so much, in advance.

    How do you change the volume settings for the announcements? Very LOUD at the moment. When it resets itself and pairing... very loud and announces to the neighborhood your camera isn't connect. Horrible.

    what if nothing happens when holding the reset button for 10sec or longer, the blue light doesnt start flashing instead it just swaps between red steady and blue steady light...camera is previously installed but have been without power for about 3 months and now i cant wake it back up...

      In some devices, you have to hold the reset button and turn it off, and after a few seconds turn it on again while holding the reset button all the time. After a few seconds, the reset will be completed.

    Hi. The app does not allow my camera to scan the QR code, that being said, there are 2 QR codes on the device. Underneath and just below the camera. These codes are not the same. I've also tried the sound wave connection, but still had no luck. I have a Samsung S20 mobile device. please help if you can because I cannot get any word from the app developers.

    What is the distance on camera? I have evidence of critters in yard at night, but it is not recording anything at night? Infra ed motionsensor distance? Is ut realted to my phone/active?

      The sensor can catch movement in most devices until 10 to 15 meters away.

    Been trying all day i reset it, the camera says ready to pair, i scan the qr code and the app will just say no device found
    Any help?

    While installing my new camera my know it all Neighbour came over and informed me that these cameras can be hacked so could you please advise as to what security is installed in your software regarding this Regards Ross.

    mine keeps bugging me for update, I click update, says it's successful but it does nothing, next time it tries to update again, it's garbage. also, you try to connect and it's like 1 every 100 times that works

    Hey I accidentally deleted my camera and i have gone through all the instructions and I can’t get it to work! It’s telling me that the scanning code is no longer contains any information thats not active 😡🥵😭can someone help me

      Yep same here. I had to force stop the app because it had frozen. Now it won't reconnect and says "no device detected"
      It was working fine yesterday when I set it up. But then I remotely switched to HD and it froze up.
