Its amazing how good she is at screaming/growling..you see some guys with there neck vains almost popping and then you see Tatiana ! What a difference.
You should not strain your neck when doing this, it should actually be fully relaxed so your vestibular folds can properly flap around. A lot of people really fuck up their vocal cords by doing it wrong.
