People putting Graham down when he's basically the reason we know all this awesome stuff about our favourite musicians. Thanks for everything you do, Graham
definately. I hate when ppl talk shit on Gruhamed he's a cool down to earth dude who happens to be a great interviewer as well. Was a little pissed at Sebastian Bach when he was being a cocky dick toward Gruhamed.
ron, gets better with age. so much so. ridiculous amounts of talent obviously but also evolved as a human. the kind of person you could say, "kids, there's a role model for life." maybe it took an injury to get him there, maybe not, but that's also getting old for you too. realizing new limitations and changes. so humble. always a pleasure to listen to you impart your experience both in guitar, tour bus etique, and life. if the really old ron is even better, we're in for a real treat.
legend says Dyogenes is still out there, in the night, with his lamp, searching for "an honest human being" (if they even exist at all)... these people are rare like fucking Diamonds man... 🙏🙏🤘
Some dark things going on... His... Human quality, is just fenomenal. I love the interviewer too, he is close, he is so respectful, honestly, not many interviewers would have allowed the conversation to make such a dark turn without making it clear in the thumbnail or title, as some kind of mediatic bait. Pure respect and love for his craft. To Bumblefoot, you are the man. To the interviewer, you are the man. You both are. What was another "fact or fiction" turned out as something very deep, a true lesson on how to confrontate the most dire situations... My english is límited, i'll leave It here. Much love for you two.
I don't think he talks weird at all - I love how proper he is in his speech, and how he enunciates things clearly. Injury or no, the man's clearly always been well spoken.
it's because we live in a "society" that values and encourages dumb awful disgusting "creatures" (I refuse to call them humans) Bumblefoot very probably still doesn't recognize his own songwriting talent... Normal and Abnormal are fucking masterpieces of musical composition and insightful lyrics 🤘🤘Learn to trust in yourself people, it's important (my living standards increase when all of you get stronger mentally, I don't do this because I fucking care about you, I do this because it will impact positively in my own life) 🙏🙏
It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society. Jiddu Krishnamurti 🙏🙏don't judge yourselves too hard (make memes about it) 🤣🤣🤣mock them 🤣🤣🤣
This interview is really funny. Gruhammed did an awesome job and Ron is such a cool dude. He's been through a lot of things and it's turned him into a wise man.
"Never Again" is one the best rock tracks ever, and "Turn Around" has the best solo ever written imo. Ron seems like a really down to Earth person, would love to meet him one day just to say thanks for the inspiration!
His brother Jeff is an incredible drummer. Nearly as good a drummer as Ron is a guitarist. Did mind blowing work on Bumblefoot's solo stuff early on. Both great guys.
Ron is one of the most genuine, remarkable human beings I’m aware of. That voice is magnificent and his playing has inspired sensations that only licid dreaming or soul travel ever gave me. He really gives us something special. Fuck the notion of Earth without him 👏
wow... most accurate description to how I felt while listening (and being SHOCKED by...) the albums Normal and Abnormal for the 1st time... Normal, specially...
there was that very brief and INTENSE moment in the early 2000's where Rock music had an explosion, it was like there was hope to life once again, that something FUCKING GREAT was about to go down
Anybody remember the cover band Mixed bag o Nuts with Ron on Bass at the Blue Willow bar on Victory Blvd Staten Island, NY every Thursday night circa 1995?
Never heard about the car accident.....as if he couldn't be legendary and inspiring enough.....sounds like he had to re-learn guitar playing. What a champ! Sounds similar to Yngwie who was in a coma for A WEEK(!) after a car accident. Could you imagine that ? Bumblefoot and Yngwie toured together in 2013..???. I wonder if they talked about this similarity? I'd love to be a fly on the wall in that conversation.
Do: Joey Belladonna from Anthrax Matt Heafy from Trivium James Hetfield from Metallica Eddie Vedder from Pearl Jam Robert Plant from Led Zeppelin Matt Tuck from Bullet For My Valentine
the more I learn about Holdsworth, the more I understand where the "Van Halens" of the world came from... I just with Holdsworth had put a bit more effort into making the "album of his life" which would feature more effort into making actual "songs" with "hooks" and stuff like that... his music has moments of BRILLIANCE, but nothing that I can consider actual finished piece of art (with due respect) 🙏
Wow! A really interesting and intense inverview. What a great guitarist that lives life with such passion. Very inspiring inverview! Thanks for sharing.
That is exactly right. I hit my head and had no visible brain damage. I still had horrible symptoms. It killed any sex of any kind. I looked at people differently like that movie "Society". It is scary.
The thing I love most about Ron is one that hardly any people know: that he produced several albums of the greatest band of all time: the almighty EVOKEN from new Jersey.
Man, Ron is super talented and crazy nice, and that he's so kind, positive, and humble after all the shit that's happened to him is ridiculously inspiring. To top it off, Graham is such a great interviewer. You need your own TV show, man. Because I'd tune in to watch your music news and interviews.
Toughen up fellas. I've had to use catheters multiple times a day for more than a decade now. Damn spinal cord injuries. I was laughing about the catheter bit. ;)
Humblefoot
This
@@atree88 true
Well he used to be a loudmouth asshole. Now he`s calm and nice.
@@PastaRulla that's called "maturity" :) We were all young and brash once upon a time.
This guy’s no joke as a guitarist. His fretless guitar solo on “Shackler’s Revenge” is brutal as hell. 🤘🤘🤘
His playing is phenomenal! He is the modern day Hendrix!
His guitar playing on the Sons of Apollo cd is amazing.
I love how candid he is. Such a nice guy.
That's was a great interview. The amount of shit that he had to overcome, and yet, keep a good humor about it... inspiring
People putting Graham down when he's basically the reason we know all this awesome stuff about our favourite musicians. Thanks for everything you do, Graham
incredible... knew Bumblefoot for all these years, never bothered to read his wikipedia to find all this 🤣(real and true by the way)
"so you had a cancerous tumor..."
"Oh, it's nothing. Shit happens.
That's the kind of attitude you have to have with shit like that. If you worry too much, you won't physically be able to carry on with your life
From Bumblefoot to Bloodypee...and a survivor!
This has got to be one of the coolest interviews ever. Bumble is an awesome dude!
Ron is a fantastic musician, who I have the utmost admiration for. Inspirational, stand up guy!
"Now, back to the porn..."
LOL I died
Gruhammed is the best interviewer on youtube for sure. Also Bumblefoot is one of the most awesome and humblest guitarists out there
"Humblefoot"
I didn't want to be that guy but thank you XD
Thanks so much. The kind words never go unnoticed. Bumblefoot is one of the nicest, most genuine people I've had the pleasure of interviewing - G
quite possibly my favorite episode... Ever!
or the hello kitty episode... that was great as well. Ron can sing like nobody's business.

I died at "Can't they just bluetooth something?" AHAHAHAHHAHAHA
Ron is an amazing person and musician!
They can't do that cause then some dude some day would be like "Dude I just hacked this guy's dick, check it out"...
I’m scared and i wish they would !! 😅
Whole new respect for this guy (Bumblefoot) after watching this.
"Doesn't matter if I'm sick or I'm well....I'm trying really hard to be happy. I need to try harder, but I'm trying. Great interview.
Alright Bumble, enough with the diplomacy on the GnR stories. You need to write a book with all the dirt.

its the same with his music, he's extremely articulate
He’s a New Yorker, he’s got the accent

This has to be the best one yet!
This interview is really funny. Gruhammed did an awesome job and Ron is such a cool dude. He's been through a lot of things and it's turned him into a wise man.
I had never heard of Bumblefoot prior to this interview. But I love his voice, its really calming and charming.
I think this is the funniest if not the best interview you've done
"When you start to grow around that thing?...AAAAGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!"
This guy is super awesome and down to earth which makes him even more awesome. Class act!
BEST Loudwire Interview EVER!!
"Never Again" is one the best rock tracks ever, and "Turn Around" has the best solo ever written imo. Ron seems like a really down to Earth person, would love to meet him one day just to say thanks for the inspiration!
"So back to the porn!"
Gruhammed!!!! my man!!! where have u bee! I love these...it's addicting need to add news ones every week!
One of those guys (along with Paul Gilbert) who seem genuinely nice, also have you heard him playing with band geek? Amazing singer as well
bumblefoot is the nicest guy in the world!
If you close your eyes Bumblefoot kinda sounds faintly like Christopher Walken, his speach patterns. both New Yorkers I think.
He reminds me of Dee Snider
Bernie Sanders or the Seinfeld creator impersonating George Steinbrenner.
Yeah Bumblefoot is from Staten Island
yeah its a noo yawk thing :) but im from a family of new yorkers so for me its like going home, i love the accent and attitude
Ladies and Gentlemen…fooFIGHTERS!
Just discussed Bumblefoot. I already love this guy.
Awesome dude and awesome episode! Gotta love bumblefoot
What a great attitude and a fantastic guitarist.
bumblefoot seems like the worlds most fun uncle, i'd have a few beers with him, and that braid is legendary
I would like to see a Wikipedia fact or fiction with Les claypool xD
Oh Geezum...Lol
YES
Ollie Fletcher i would love to see one with buckethead just 15 minutes silence
Seconded
seems like a pretty chill guy
Ron Thal is just the coolest guy!
He is such a humble dude. He seems extremely nice and cool to hangout with
GuitarAlex Rock101 ... he is... I spent a week in one of his music camps a couple years ago... an amazing guy.
Wow. Never heard of this guy before today after watching Band Geeks. Now I am a big fan. Wow. This guy's amazing.
Your and interesting guy to listen to BF. Unique personality. All good stuff.
Hands down funniest interview from Loud Wire I've seen so far.
His brother Jeff is an incredible drummer. Nearly as good a drummer as Ron is a guitarist. Did mind blowing work on Bumblefoot's solo stuff early on.
Both great guys.
nothing quite beats siblings in bands (even though the dysfunction sucks most of the time) 🤣🤣
I love this guy. Love art of anarchy madness is a great song. Saw them live in NYC awesome show.
Entertaining. Good job!
A very honest, talented and inspirational person ✊️😊 ❤️
bumblefoot is a great person and guitar player, I hope I can meet him someday...
What a guitarist and what a decent man. All power to you Sir.
Ron is one of the most genuine, remarkable human beings I’m aware of. That voice is magnificent and his playing has inspired sensations that only licid dreaming or soul travel ever gave me. He really gives us something special. Fuck the notion of Earth without him 👏

This was the best episode of this
Such a cool, humble, and funny guy! And what a musician!
Do:
Joey Belladonna from Anthrax
Matt Heafy from Trivium
James Hetfield from Metallica
Eddie Vedder from Pearl Jam
Robert Plant from Led Zeppelin
Matt Tuck from Bullet For My Valentine
And Marilyn Manson too.
Henrique Bragança I don't like Marilyn Manson
Okay.
Henrique Bragança who else do you like
Besides Marilyn Manson,Slipknot,System of a down,Nirvana,Linkin Park,Evanesence and Rage against the machine.
I saw you on the Royal Affair tour last year. If you have a problem, I couldn't tell. The show was great.
Amazing guy, like Allan Holdsworth. Both troubled, both humble, both some of the greatest musicians the planet has ever seen.
the more I learn about Holdsworth, the more I understand where the "Van Halens" of the world came from... I just with Holdsworth had put a bit more effort into making the "album of his life" which would feature more effort into making actual "songs" with "hooks" and stuff like that... his music has moments of BRILLIANCE, but nothing that I can consider actual finished piece of art (with due respect) 🙏
like Greg Howe for example
this interview escalated quickly
True fans and everyday musicians like me love you Ron. 👍👍🍻🍻.
I came here out of morbid curiosity about the tumor history and I met a wonderful person. ¡Respects to this fighter!
I'm totally in love with Bumblefoot..... 😍
Awesome dude ❤️
Seems like a guy I’d like to have a beer with, I appreciate his honesty.
omg this guy is amazing! xD
I love his voice a lot
First interview I have ever seen him do.
Awkward and uncomfortable yet fascinating and interesting interview. Thumbs up 👍🏻
he talks about a bit like.... Keanu Reeves ! I love both :)
This guy is such a sweetheart.
Wow! A really interesting and intense inverview. What a great guitarist that lives life with such passion. Very inspiring inverview! Thanks for sharing.
Seems like a great guy
What an awesome guy
Ron is a hell of a player, plus he"s a real person, not another big ego maniac
Staten Island NY yeah baby!
I'm not a Guns fan at all so don't really know who this guy is (sorry) but he seems a real genuine, nice dude!
you don't have to be, his best stuff is in his solo carreer, and by very far
Ron took the Shavo beard to another level.
Is he a guitar player or highlander??
Proper genuine dude. I like him.
That is exactly right. I hit my head and had no visible brain damage. I still had horrible symptoms. It killed any sex of any kind. I looked at people differently like that movie "Society". It is scary.
Everyone look at the solo in his song Cintaku. It’s insane 😍
Underrated Guitarist Respect Bumblefoot
Briljant guy! wow
Yogi bear/cartoon anteater is both funny and accurate AF.
He is such a nice dude!
If I'm faced with a catheter situation, I think I might choose death

The thing I love most about Ron is one that hardly any people know: that he produced several albums of the greatest band of all time: the almighty EVOKEN from new Jersey.
never heard of them... thanks for the recommendation 🙏🙏digging for GOLD in the youtube comments... it's always worth it 🤘for people like YOU 💪
I never even heard the band yet, I hope it's good, but I'm already hyping the shit out of it 🤣🤣that's the spirit
Man, Ron is super talented and crazy nice, and that he's so kind, positive, and humble after all the shit that's happened to him is ridiculously inspiring. To top it off, Graham is such a great interviewer. You need your own TV show, man. Because I'd tune in to watch your music news and interviews.
Brilliant
WHERE CAN I GET THAT AXL ROSE CANDLE (behind bumblefoot). ??
Toughen up fellas. I've had to use catheters multiple times a day for more than a decade now. Damn spinal cord injuries. I was laughing about the catheter bit. ;)
Axl rose candle in the background. He's always watching!
🤣🤣🤣
I never really cared for bumblefoot, but he seems like such a nice innocent dude. I’d love to hear that shank story
I met him, nice guy, great guitarist
"Brawcoli!"
