1st the house is really beautiful
2st how come it’s so cheap, It becomes 4.4M usd$, 16.2M AED ( U.A.E), 36 crore Ind (India) only, for 6000 Square yard land size which becomes 54500 Square feet.
I really can’t understand how come such a beautiful place can be only for this price. I mean in Delhi we can get in this price maybe a 500 Square yard old house which will be in a very bad condition and still it will be very difficult to find it
This kind of house if it be (Outskirts ) of Delhi it can easily easily and very quickly sell it 4 times more expensive.

Opposite for people in Pakistan due to recent devaluation in Pakistan Rupee when you convert this amount to foreign currency it feels very less but you can check this comment section & our instagram it's full of local people saying it's extremely expensive and they are right because in Pakistan income per capita is very less that's why it feels expensive.
