Put a table over each switch, uses bind to move the ice blocks on top of the tables (be sure to use the ice blocks in the room for this, don’t create them yourself), then held ZR to delete the tables. The ice blocks fell and hit the switches at the same time. This is also how I did the armos puzzle.

In the giant green slime fight I used a bunch of ice octo it worked really well if you place them all over the room
this was a great dungeon i struggled with two switches for a while lol

there are few enemies with freeze ability in dungeon. You can pick up those. For example ice heads blows ice.

You have to do it like in the video. While the block is moving, put another ice block on the other switch. Ps written with Google Translate

You can change it back and forth between hot and cold in the room by the big key chest. This is demonstrated in the video from 25:22 through 26:22
