@eyros2k Honestly, it only adds to the fun, in the sense that it doesn't hinder the gameplay, and it adds a bit to the immersion. Really, it's just about eating some gecko steak every so often, and not forgetting to bring some water with you. Even the fact that bullets have weight just encourages you to stick with your favourite guns. Also, you can only heal crippled limbs with a doctor's bag, by going to a doctor, or by sleeping for a long period of time (about 12 hours).
@BlinkingBulbStudios I thought about it, but for an initial playthrough I feel like it may detract from the fun level. And I'm just trying to have some good fun here, before Fable and Rock Band and Black Ops ;)
@BlinkingBulbStudios I definitely want to play it soon, it screams my play-style, but right now with my mind wandering to moving related details even during my short gaming sessions I might find - immersion isn't really an option x.x
@ExGMeDiiA bro its way sick its mind blowing once you really get to the heart of the game it doesnt get boring like fo3 does once you can kill a deathclaw with two shots here even at top level with the best guns it will still take around ten shot to kill a deathclaw thats if youre lucky and if its not a mother or alpha male deathclaw anyways this is sorta a bias answer but i respect your opinion
You should've totally played it in Hardcore instead. Way more fun. It has more of that logical stuff, like you gotta take care of your hunger, and how thirsty you are.

When I played, he got killed by geckos chasing after me. I didn't even know he was trying to kill me, I thought he was trying to run up to help me.
