I have a top with that kind of bra shaping (as the H&M shirt) and it looks to be just a combo of decreases and increases to give the texture while maintaining the same stitch count. (all my guess, just from looking at it)

Hey Tiffany!! Make sure you stretch out your back, neck, and arms too! You can pinch a nerve and/or get muscle knots anywhere from your hand to your head. (And if it's tingly maybe see a doctor too?)
