- For years I've had a dream of taking my entire rig out amongst the red rocks and offering a musical prayer in gratitude to the Spirits, elementals & animals of this beautiful land I call home.
This late Winter amidst all the uncertainty of our world, I met a talented heart-centered filmmaker as crazy as me and we decided to make this dream a reality. With a massive storm approaching, we hauled all the instruments, cameras & equipment ahead of schedule into one of our sacred canyons and played an improvised set into the setting sun alongside my beloved Ashley Klein. Despite getting windy and cold, we were all deeply touched by the immense grace & beauty with which the land and elemental beings collaborated with us to bring this offering to life.
Immense gratitude to our friend & film director Ian Stout along with our incredible local crew of collaborators. Also very special thanks to our sound master, Eric Zang and epic visuals by Tessa Shields.
This offering is part of an ongoing fundraiser for "The Psychedelic Therapist", a documentary film from director Ian Stout about MDMA-assisted therapy and the treatment of those suffering from PTSD. Donations go towards completing the film, as well as covering the direct cost of treatment for participants. I come back to this almost every day. if not physically, then in spirit. the vibration really moves me and speaks to me. how I wish to sing to the skies with you wonderful people in person one day. the purest love. treating our 5 senses with our holy power given to our shrines of bodies to unlock our sense of self. this is birth, enlightenment, awareness, and life as a whole.
