Home or away, the quality of analysis just never drops! Thank you Mr.King!
Fabi's remaining games are against the top contenders; the three indians and Nepo. He better show his class!
It is better that way
Otherwise multiple results have to go your way
Panjeet
This will show his determination
Indians are written with CAPITAL I
Show some respect!!!
These are excellent analysis for the games, undoubtedly the definitive coverage for the candidates!!
Pressed a lot of F5 for the new video. Thx for the upload and good trip!
How pleasant to follow the event with you ! Thanks a lot.
Are you moving houses? Does that mean we won't hear a faint sound of airplanes landing in the background of your videos? It has become a sort of a trademark of your videos now - it'll make me nostalgic about the good old days going forward 😂
No…just a quick trip up North. Back for the next round!
Which one of you called GM King during the video 4:30 ? Come clean this moment.
Alireza found an interesting answer to white's Rg1. Though Caruana could have had a big advantage after e5, which he astonishingly missed. Too bad for the young Iranian that Caruana was at his best in the rest of the game. During the game the young man was visible distracted, probably by the provokative behavior of his father on the site. That makes his life not easy. Thanks Mr. KIng for another of your excellent and especially pleasant analysis from the chess board.
Great analysis- much appreciated- thanks.
Your morning tea in a paper cup looks a little sad. Svitlana has done a good job with the womens candidates. yesterday she took a drink whilst we were challenged to think. This is an incredibly tight tournament. exciting. Thanks Daniel.
Patiently waiting for a daily upload, fantastic review as always Mr King
How’d you watch it so fast!??!?
@@rxw5520 I dont need to watch it to know that its gona be great.
Recommend watching at 1.25 speed. Maybe slow down at the really key moments.
Nice ringtone. I also use that
Interesting game and analysis. FYI I believe it's pronounced fi-ROO-ja (with a French j.)
Good game with solid, insightful analysis…great stuff 👍👍👍
Great coverage thanks
Video on hikaru-abasov please🤝
Merci beaucoup GM King
Thank foi, sir.
Many thanks!
I think what you failed to mention on here was the amount of time trouble Alireza was in. He played a5 because he had about 5 seconds to play 2 moves.
Anyway still the best chess analysis channel!
Great stuff as always. Firouzja hasn't unfortunately lived up to his promise, esp. in situations that it matters the most.
How did the G5 pawn take the F5 pawn at @10:10? Is that the en passant capture?
It's called capturing En pasant. When a pawn moves 2 squares from its starting position (so, we're only talking about pawns that have not moved until the move in question) sneaking passed a enemy pawn to stand next to it on the same rank, it can be captured by a pawn on the square it skipped by.
Yes. That's en passant
Alireza “Blue suede shoes”)
Daniel, excellent commentary as always! Thank you. The best on TH-cam.
U r quite perfect u know😅?
on the move, but the show must go on... Umzugzwang
DANIEL KING, I LIKE YOUR CHESS GAME NARRATION AND ANALYTICS BEST, WITH HUGE ADVANTAGE BEST. BRAVO, I WANNA PLAY CHESS EVERY TIME I WATCH ONE OF YOUR VIDEOS. MEANS A LOT TO ME, I USED TO PLAY CHESS AROUND 40 YEARS AGO, BIT THEN I HAD A CA. 35 YEARS LONG HEROIN/COCA ADICTION. I WOME ZP FROM THAT ONLY FEW YEARS AGO. THANKS SO MUCH, IT MEANS A LOT TO ME, TO PLAY CHESS ONE MORE TIME 🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤
Here we go again. The Najdorf variation in the Sicilian starts with a6, and I know DK is a fan of that opening. So: where's the "special place in Hell" for that "little pawn move"?
I think it is a bit like Feingold’s “never play f3”, in that these moves are often played unnecessarily and later turn out to create weaknesses or hooks for attacks.
@@roqsteady5290 Actually, I think Feingold specifically says: "Never play f6!"! Besides: Without the early a6, there is no Najdorf!
rook and bishop endgame = domain of computers
🤩
I still don't like the Rg1 idea.
looking kinda tired. everything ok i hope
❤
