I want to inform you that "no weapon formed against you can prosper" is a partial statement taken out of it's biblical context. It was a promise given to the nation of Israel in ancient time when the Hebrews/Jews were living under the Mosaic law. >>★★ Not given to "the church" of JesusChrist. Sorry. Jesus told his disciples > this includes Bible believers today, >Jews & Gentiles, > that WE SHOULD EXPECT TROUBLE in this wicked world due to our association with Him, the Lord of Glory. He said we would be hated by all men, due to our (HolySpirit) kinship with Him ! If you believe God has given you his word~~ in the Bible writ~~ that evil men will not be permitted to violate you, & perhaps even kill you due to your testimony for Christ, you are woefully ignorent of the NewTesrament writ, incl. the Pauline ltrs ; & ignorent of long past & near history as well as current world events ! It has been noted that more Christ‐followers have been martyrd during this current century plus the recently past century than in all other eras combined.
