On a weekend that goes down worse than a blast of sinking air, this takes my back up and gives me a warm feeling like Jack Daniels. This is 18 minutes of pure pleasure. Just watch it.
Thanks for uploading this. I have a very worn out copy of it on an old UK VHS tape. Now I can listen to it with clarity. Takes me back to paracarting on the beaches of the UK.
it was in 1998 or 1999 when i started paragliding, and watched this perfect video. the music, the song, the scenes, the editing,.... just perfect. the only problem i had was, the girl in motorcycle was out of place, I think
I'd like to name the pilots, but I can only recognise few, for sure John Silvester at 16:47 and if I'm not wrong Seok from Gin (which a:t those times must have competed with Edel) at 16:50. If anyone could help to name the pilots I'd appreciate, thanks.
2:47 / 3:09 Rob Whittall , 3:32 / 14:21 Uli Wiesmeier, 14:17 Richard Gallon R.I.P. , 14:19, 16:39 Housi Bollinger, 16:45 Urs Haari, 16:48 Patrick Lachat, ......i was one of the Pilotes back then ;-)
The Gallery from the album Motherpearl. I was able to get a copy of the CD several years ago after a deep search on internet which led me to a small, almost non-existing label company in Netherlands( I think). The singer is called Iben something, could be danish. The rest of the album is pretty good to. Its not my kind of music but it reminds me of my early paragliding steps. Love it !
