There should be a few seconds where you just show the deck on screen, trying to see all the cards at the end and there is a huge red sign saying subscribe the end(dopn't worry I just did) and I would have personally liked to see the deck with nothing in the way.
Yes that's correct! In combos 3&4 strenna can't special summon from ED if tributed. Thank you for correcting. I do still recommend those combos, because either your opponent can't out cactus and they lose, or they spend resources to deal with cactus but your Strenna is live. So it puts them in a tough spot
I'm curious what your reasoning is for running Blessed Winds over Humid Winds. Humid Winds can fulfill the exact same purpose as Blessed Winds in combo #1, and also gets you an extra search of an "Aroma" monster, and I think that its search effect makes it more generically useful outside of specific combo routes/in the event that your combo gets disrupted.
While they may be interchangeable at times, I found that Blessed Winds is more versatile. Also, you already can search your Aroma combo pieces by just doing these combos, so we don't really need Humid to search anything. However, I did experiment with Humid Winds. If you add another Aroma name it enables some different combo lines than in the video. I recommend trying it out, but In the end Blessed Winds just gives you better options to choose from imo
@@Pikachu_123_ Humid winds can get screwed up when you have way more LP so agaisnt mainnly when going second after a card was used that cuts your opponent hp in half like a hero lives or gives you hp like upstart goblin. You wont be able to use the healing effect which is needed for the combo with it.
Is there a reason you're not running the Therions? They give you protection from Nib pretty early in the combo and can fit into your end board. Also, you can absolutely use more of the Aroma cards if you change up your combo line a bit. I just put up a video of the combo on my channel, but I managed to end on Regulus + Hyperyton + Benghalancer + Teardrop + Magnolia (the fusion) + Sweet Majoram (the synchro) + Humid Winds + Blessed Winds + Rosalina in hand to trigger the ATK gain for 1.3k and Sweet Majoram's pop + Princess in grave for an extra negate/tribute. And since it doesn't end with Strenna on board, you can actually use Princess to tribute the opponent's monster and not lose anything for it. Plus, having both Magnolia and Sweet Majoram makes your cards indestructible and untargetable. That's like 7 interruptions plus untargetable plus indestructible. It's gross. Could easily add Circle of Fairies as the last ED monster to let you extra normal Cactus Bouncer if you draw any of the pieces that are searched at any point during the combo if you want, but I don't like floodgates so I didn't try for that.

@@jaredricci9278 Traptrix and Naturia will probably turn out to be the more competitive variants out of all the Raika Decks 🤔 I think maybe a couple of the link 2 in Sunavalon might work I'll have to test that out tho decks getting kinda chubby lol
Hey bro! Read Twin: You have to banish "1 Link Monster You Control" So you actually have to banish rosemary or another plant link from your field. All the plays here are legal
Man i dont like hating on a youtube video but you did not make good combos. Just watching your combos i saw where they could have gone so much better. The deck is missing some parts and its better to play closer to original rikka sunavalon and splash the aroma+therion engine. You can end on spell/trap lock easily with 10 interuptions if you built the deck right
You can add Naturia to end on Spell/Trap lock. You can also play 60 card plant pile. This video is to teach people the standard Aroma Sunavalon combos. Of course there are more than 4 combos, but if you don't know the combos in the video then you're not playing plants
I dunno how i feel about this deck. Just saw the first combo and it feels kinda bad cuz you just straight lose to nibiru droll or ash. Gonna be hard for plants 😔 Edit: also imperm on mudan would probably hurt a lot too
Next format people are already slowly dropping ash from main deck because hiita with promethean princess hard punishes if you do. All the handtraps you mentioned all get countered by rikka princess, that you play 3 of in a vacuum these are all counters but depending on how you can play your hand you can play around most of these handtraps still. Afraid of nib? Make an early strenna, droll beats alot of decks next format, again based on the hand if you draw rikka princess you out droll for free. There are more variables than a one card combo without 4 other cards in hand.
Plants have always had a lot of counters. Not much has changed when it comes to that. It comes down to how you play your hand. As the other comment mentioned, in real life you start with more than 1 or 2 cards, so you have space for techs and counters to hand traps. However Ash is not that good in the Meta rn. Crossout + Droll and Nibiru usually does the job
If you run Therions in your deck you can search Lily Borea and Mudan with your double search off of Jasmine and then you can summon Lily Borea -> search Therion Discolosseum -> tribute Lily Borea for Mudan -> Search Regulus with Disco -> summon Regulus and you're insulated from Nibiru from that point onwards. If any of your 4 other cards are extenders you're fine if they nib you at any point before that, because as long as you can get one more link out you can revive Jasmine with the Twin in grave and get another search to continue your combo.
No disrespect but I can give you a better combo. You dont need the fusion since kanzashi does the same thing but shes a rikka monster. Your idea needs to be worked on a bit more

The only bad thing about this is that you can't use strenna effect to XYZ summon if cactus bouncer is active on the field.

I have been doing some testing and humid winds is by far better, allowing you to even get to Therions by doing a slightly different combo line

I think a lot of potential will probably see some rogue play. I'm testing with Ogdoadics so far they're a very consistent engine

I not use sunavalon again, but Raika. Raika to turbo Rosemary, give access to aroma package, before full combo.

New cards plant lock you a lot earlier. Could still try it, might be better off running a one of evenly for cross out though
