- The Hogwarts Express is the train that runs between London King's Cross Station Platform 9¾ and Hogsmeade station. It makes this run about six times a year, maybe more, as needed. The Express dutifully carries students to and from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry at the start and end of every term.
Today is September 1st and a New School Year is about the start, the train leaves Platform 9¾ without fail every 1 September at 11 o'clock in the morning, so we should be just in time.... we will arrive at Hogsmeade station in the early evening.

I don't like Hermione and Ron together because of all their bickering and jealousy - I just find it super annoying while reading lol. I wish the movie included the bits about Bill & Fleur and Tonks & Remus though

Bill and Fleur's story was amazing, Fleur in particular when she stands by him in the end. She has my whole heart! And I love Tonks and Remus! Wish we could've seen more of them together too. The producers said they didn't want to include anything that strayed away from Harry's story, which is so unfair. We love all the characters...
My sewing room is HP themed with floating candles hanging from the ceiling and lots of HP creatures. Potions shelves and wall tapestries that look like library shelving with books. I put your videos on the big TV when I’m sewing or crafting and they complete my crafting time experience. I can’t begin to understand how you make these. They’re awesome!

You must love the Pottery Barn collection. How did you put together your floating candles? PB version is $150 (it has a remote & a timer but there's only 10 lights) I am trying to have a HP room as well, seriously eyeing the mirror of Erised but it'll be so out of place in a muggle room~
@@kvthedrvl I bought the remote control battery operated candles on Amazon 3 packs ( with optional flicker mode) and used white threat of varying lengths ( my ceiling is white so the thread is barely seen against it) wrapped around the plastic bulb. Then screwed in the bulb. Then I wrapped the other end around clear plastic thumb tacks and pushed them into the ceiling.
That sounds so cool, if money permits, I want to decorate my own place with Harry Potter memorabilia.

Btw, the viaduct shown in the movies and in this video (23:19) is on the train line that connects Glasgow with Mallaig and I rode that line (not the Howarts Express, unfortunately, I arrived at Mallaig in the end, but that's not too bad either)!

I love these videos so much! Great to write to or play in the background of a D&D campaign! One thing I'd like to see added is more background voices - hearing students talking excitedly (we dont have to actually hear the words obvi), or running up and down the train. After all, these kids are seeing their friends after a whole summer apart - they'd be making a racket and having fun! Having that human element would tie it together and take it that one step closer to being immersive
Im so excited. im almost trembling from excitment. I can hardley wait for the train to finally lurch foreward and begin the journey to Hogwarts! ❤ This is my first year attending. Im pretty sure I belong in Ravenclaw. Possibly Hufflepuff..I cant wait to make new friends and visit Hogsmeade. My brother has told me so much about that place and all of the wonderful shops.

Yes! It would be exciting, but nothing can beat the original casts though. It would be better if they could create Pre-Harry Potter series, like The Marauders, or post-Harry potter series, like the future generation.
