I wonder what is more physically exhausting and/or a better workout: blacksmithing or 40 lb sword wielding? lol
Blacksmithing just tires my wrist out, swinging a sword is a full body workout.
Sword training is definitely a full body workout. But forging (done properly) will workout every muscle in your arm. Switching arms is then necessary. So I'd agree to say, that sword training is much better for an actual workout.
