They really be dropping the bag in this game. Beast has a huge startup & debuff. Most op special beam cannon ever doesn’t even penetrate other ultimates like the original. What’s the point?
My guy you're not gonna use this skill just to clash, there isnt beam struggles. Hell, don't bother charging up the move and go for the Melee Variant if you want some inescapable free damage. And just go Beast with Gamma 2 Super Soul or use any Super Soul that instantly restores all your ki at the start
