I like how you divided the categories for this depending on the direction you want to go. I currently run the Zarbon and UI Sign super souls for my main builds.
My ultra instict build is based on attack and not defense, the idea is you automatically dodge while attacking your oppenent, so you dodge less and can reduce stamina uses, my build is: Super soul: Hmm hmm Hmmmm (auto health regeneration after using any power up skill + awoken skill) Skills: You would stacking fighting pose K > fighting pose J > Lovely cyclone (strike attack), for fighting pose K gives you the ability to keep attacking your oppenent while taking damage but don't worry because the hmm hmmm super soul would bring back your health to the max by the end of the match, fighting pose J is gives you 10% boost stamina regen which is equal to a couple of super soul. Lovely cyclone is the last and the most important thing, this skill would refresh your fighting pose k and J for every 30 seconds. What you get is, when your oppenent attack you, it's either you automatically dodge the attack or take the attack but you won't leaning back so you can counter their move immediately and your super soul will regenerate your health while you attacking. And as a bonus you can spam destructive fission (toppo's ultimate), the hakai energy would chase your oppenent until it hits them, since you used fighting pose K you don't have to worry about stamina break while you using this ultimate. This build is pretty broken and good for por pve and pvp. And if you like emperor's death beam or godly display (just like me), you can replace fighting pose J (stamina regen) to meditation so you can increase your ki bar to the max, and you don't have to worry when you do the meditation since you are using fighting pose k + hmm hmmmm super soul, any attack or stamina break won't work on you and you gain your health back in every second, sounds prettty badass right !
Correction: Stamina buffs usually are from 10% to 10%. This means a S is 10%, a M is 20% and a L is 30% for stamina recovery speed. The only exception to this is "I just flew around the whole world!" which only boosts by 5%.
Mate you are an absolute legend since i got mui ive been searching for a supper soul for stam recovery and such and you labed everything said how to get them had awsome clips a bit distacring but it realy hyped me for mui and over all just legendary content
hey man, just thought i'd let you know, standalone stamina recovery effects don't follow the standard labelling conventions, they're actually double. So, Our Two Strengths is actually a 10% stamina recovery speed increase. This also means that "i think i'm getting the hang of this" is a 30% stamina recovery speed increase. And, Broly's super soul that decreases stam recovery by XL to increase defence by L when ki is at max, actually reduces stam recovery by 40% (almost half!). However, i say "standalone" because multiple souls which say "boost all abilities" or boost multiple abilities at once, don't double. For example, zarbons S increase to all abilities is still only a 5% to stamina recovery speed. Toppo soul's reduction to stamina recovery speed doesn't double to 20, it's just 10% still.
Question is there any others for stamina regen in dlcs or anything as you didnt states ones like this heat will be your downfall wich is almost as good as i think im geting the hang of this
The super soul you mentioned every time you make a perfect block lets you recover ki but not stamina... If you are looking for a super soul that works at the same way but for stamina recovery you can use "Watch your tongue" which is obtained from PQ106

Both are from DLC parallel quests. Zarbon's super soul is from Legendary Pack 1 and UI Sign's is from the Conton City Vote Pack @@SirErickson

interesting, but I suppose this only applies to buffs related to stamina recovery, right? I always thought super soul buffs ranged from 5 to 25%

You can also use the Power! A lotta power! It’s great! Krillin super soul if you want to have more bars of ki and stamina which is by XXL amount
Question does future super saiyan count in your super saiyan video or is it separate and if its separate can you do that next??
