Upgraded anodizes dampers, and aluminum anodized head hardware would make that chassis look nice, titanium turnbuckles would look nice and drop some weight
its hard to say if this is worth grabbing over the SNRC r3g car. the SNRC r3g offers crazy value for the money. the weak point on the r3g would be the front axles (rear are the same, but they dont take the hard hits) upgrading to the spring steel axles solves this though. i dont know the cost of the yokomo is, but the r3g is $120 usd shipped

Saving some grams with titanium turnbuckles does not help in performance when using an entry level car in my opinion.

Did they do a master version of this?
No this is an entry level car and has nothing to do with the Master Speed MS1.0 platform!
