She did avoid all high notes in these song as well. But 2017 year was vocally the best so far. 2018 was good too. 2019 was a little stressed, and with issued. But 2020 was again the 2018 kinda good one

This was live. she sang it beautifully with great consistency!! Though there were some parts prerecorded, the overall performance showed her great vocal perseverance.

Not a single note of this was live lol. I wish she'd either make a new lip track or just try singing these songs again or take them out of the setlist. This is the exact track she's been using since 2011 for all three of these songs. I KNOW she can still sing Because You Loved Me live, considering she did it just a few days ago when she performed it on the Today Show. She lowered it a bit but still did fine. I'd rather hear it live and lower than in this key and lipped, or at least I'd like to hear a new lip track. This one is getting old and people are bound to realize it's the same one she's been using for literally half a decade.
i say it is not needed to sing these songs in each and every tour again. Madonna does not do that either. It is not that Celine HAS to do this. I'd like to see iacbtmn and tpol both sang in full. both songs can be show stoppers if treated as such, but instead they're neglected with the life drained out of them in a medley and our show stoppers are purple rain and show mst go on .... sad really. and yeah, she really could sing rhem again she proves that in songs like ordinaire and tous les blues. Not to mention this entire setlist she sings in this tour is probably 90% live, most for her since 1992.

Of course she's gonna try to sell that she's actually singing. Compare this to any other performance of these songs from 2011 to now. They're all literally identical. No difference at all. It doesn't matter what she looks like when it's exactly the same. You could overlay this video with another and it would be a perfect match.
It might have just been her voice sounds a bit lower and made the song sound lower. It might be in the same key. I haven't checked with a piano but it did sound a tad lower and I was able to sing alone without really straining and I'm a tenor singer (male). Her other performances of that song usually make me strain a little to hit the highest notes.
