I added pretty stickers to my binder inside and out and it started to feel like I was making a love book to my Lord. That is so healing and special to feel. Heather, I usually put the urgent requests on the calendar pages as urgent usually means short term. If it's a longer term request, you could put it in the daily section. I personally try to keep the daily section very limited because if it grows too big, I become overwhelmed and push it aside.

Thank you for sharing! I am going to make a Spiritual/Scripture Journal. It's a great idea! For me, it will be the perfect way to organize resources, quotes, personal stories, illustrations, etc. to reference when I am preparing to teach or conduct a workshop. Love it!

What do you use the last color of the multi-color pen for? You mentioned blue,red,green, but nothing about the last one. Can't wait to put this into works! Sounds very simply...which I like! Thank You!
I am still working on publishing it. I had several other projects ahead of it that are just now finishing up. It's a little complicated putting the prayer journal into a format for publishing so it will take a little time. I've set my personal goal to have it published some time in 2014. In the meantime, if you make your own, I'd love to hear any feedback or suggestions you may have as I pull this all together!
And yes, I plan on including everything you need in the published version. My goal is to have it available for purchase as a complete "kit" or to purchase refills or portions that interest you most. So, to say it another way, I will have available all sections for purchase - Worship Prompts, Thanksgiving, Confession Prompts, Calendar, A-Z, as well as bonus sections such as journaling pages, Bible study guides, etc. And even the binder and dividers.
Worship Prompts - What I did was list #1-31 (days of the month) and put a different attribute or name of God with supporting verse references next to each day #. I sometimes use the name/attribute that corresponds with the date or I'll choose a name/attribute that corresponds with my Bible reading for that day or I'll worship with whatever comes to my mind.
Let me clarify a little more....I would list a long term/ongoing even in the A-Z under whichever letter it best seems to fit. For instance, my husband and I serve with Awana Clubs International. I listed my specific requests under the letter A (Awana). But again, letter page is not so important. Just put it wherever it makes most sense for keeping you organized.
A-Z Section - Sometimes I put someone in by their first name, others (such as families) by the last name. It really doesn't matter because the point is to just have the person or group listed somewhere....anywhere....so that they get prayed for regularly. Letter page they are listed on doesn't matter. I use the calendar page to log specific events that I want to pray over. If it's an ongoing or long term event, then I would list in the A-Z section.

I don't use the 4th color. It's just less bulky to have the 1 multi-pen rather than 3 separate pens.
