    Thnx 4 vid. To fight stage 4 lung cancer I made 39 diet & lifestyle changes to help my 4 treatments. I had celery juice along with other vegetables and fruit. Given 3 months to live in feb 2017. Today happily tumourfreetim

    Thank you for the water reminder method. What I usually do is setting an alarm for 8 times a day in order to have at least 8 glasses a day, which is about 2 litres.

    I like adding chlorophyll and acv in my water. If anyone likes the GT green kombucha it tastes like that. Lemon in my water or lemon and cucumber. But I also just love water plain too I aim for a gallon a day. I dnt always reach the gallon but I need more than 64oz or I feel dehydrated. I am behind on general checkup and obgyn visit 😐 so yes! Ill do that soon 😅

    What are your thoughts on drinking different types of water like distilled, electrolyte enhanced, smart water, etc all these different waters. I think regular filtered water should be good but are the others worth it?

    I am on a Opiate Drug For chronic pain and a Magnesium Supplement for the constipation the Opiate Causes, to keep my bowels moving, I have a 2 1/2 gallon container in my Refrigerator all the time, and go through this every day and half or two days that is 1 1/4 gallon a day, and most times more. my weight fluctuates between 194 & 196 lbs and I am six feet tall... I have Seven Herniated Discs and live on Disability, and home all day and when I go out I bring water... Thank You Kris, Always looking for your Great Topics !!! at 195 pounds I think I should be drinking 160 oz.'s a day ? Am I right?

      Take your body weight and divide in half; that's the amount of water recommended. Sending you lots of love and healing light!

    Yuck, lol... did the pinch test for dehydration and I failed:( My skin stood up on my hand like a Gekko's back lol... I'm heading for the fridge as I write........ Thanks Kris!
