I do alot of plastic and for when you are overcasting the edges or continuing where you left off you can just run the yarn or whatever you are using under what you have stitched or if you have enough after finishing you main stitches you can just use it up.
06:13 I would totally wear that as a bracelet, though. Whipstitch around the edges with a darker color twine/yarn, and bam! sold. Ooooo...I just sprouted an idea...
